Small Citibank Branch right by Rosa's on Metropolitan. It has one of the smallest and most difficult to navigate parking lots I have ever encountered.

In an age that is characterized by mind-numbing statistics, we seem to forget that institutions are made up of human beings with al their virtues and or shortcomings. This Citibank branch has been the best one I've encountered due to one staff member named Pooran whose character is the embodiment of professionalism, charisma, warmth and exemplary interpersonal skills. He is solution-oriented, efficient but never overbearing in his gracious manner. Give this branch your business and you will be quite pleased.

The customer service at this bank is horrible. I have been going there b/c it's close to my home, but I will not return if I have to go there other than to use the ATM. Every time I have to deal with an associate, their "computers are not working." So they have to manually write down all of my information to "log in to the account at a later date." Firstly, that is sketchy. Secondly, it doesn't seem like they ever do follow up on what they say they are going to do... Last time I went, the associate supposedly opened a savings account for me and said it would be linked to my other Citi accounts the next day. It was not linked until 2 or 3 wks after that - after my calling every other day during those weeks. Even the managers are of no help - I spoke to them about the issue, they said it would be resolved the following day also - and it never was! They even sent my checks to the wrong address, and left me a voicemail with incorrect information about the balance I needed to keep in my account. This is the worst bank ever if you actually have to deal w/ a human being. Do NOT go for quality customer service.
