The pharmacy team is rude, unprofessional, so sad this is the only CVS here in the neighborhood, otherwise I would never use their services in this location, I have always had problems picking up my Rx here, no matter if they call me and say that my medicine is ready for pick up... it never is, and they make excuses every time I go there, I don't understand why the managers don't do anything about it despite the negative reviews here, this is the last time I waste my time there, they should pay more attention and be aware that some medications are necessary and can affect the health of us as patients, and they affect us don’t doing their job to have them ready!! this is inhumane.

The cvs on Crossbay blvd I highly recommend staf is pleasant helpful. They went out of their way to literally walk me to where the the product was that I have asked for and in the past has even went into the back to check for something if it wasn’t out on display yet.

Convenient local CVS with a small parking lot and full service pharmacy. Polite team of young people working the registers and in the pharmacy, always willing to help, especially since there is a large elderly population in the community. Most of the time the items on sale are in stock. Their after-holiday clearances are always excellent. They will feature upcoming holiday merchandise all nicely displayed. Store manager is a very kind gentleman as well. The only unsightly thing in the front of the parking lot as you enter the store is the area where the dumpsters are located, very messy and overflowing with refuse. Overall, we enjoy shopping in this location.

They called to say that the prescription was ready. When I went to CVS, they told me that the antibiotic was going to be ready the next day

Today, I came to pickup my child's medicine and it's in liquid form. The female pharmacist provided me the instructions on how to administer and store the medicine. Although the lines to the pharmacy was long but everyone who work there were kind, respectful and efficient. The moment I stepped out of the car holding a variety of bags and children's stuff in two hands, I so happen to drop my child's liquid medicine and it spilled all over the street. I deduced it wasn't screwed on tight by the pharmacist. I was worried it wouldnt be refilled again but they were so understanding of what happened and gave us a refill free of charge. I think that says a lot about the pharmacist character, which is A++. Plus, my interaction with her was pleasant and she spent the time to answer my questions. Thank you to all the great pharmacy staff and pharmacist.

Takes for ever to get perscription medication here. They always have to order it and then u get is on back order or they only sent half. Always some story with all CVS pharmacies. I remember the good old days u walk in give the script wait 15 minutes leave with meds. Or if they didn't have you left with original script so u can find a place that has what u need. That doesn't happen anymore. You get stuck with no meds.

Some of the pharm techs they get to answer calls and work the register are just there to get their work day over and don't care about working with pharmaceuticals whatsoever. Had a prescription that cannot be transfered to another pharmacy without authorization from my prescriber only get "filled" and notified that it was out of stock 2 hours before the pharmacy closed, now I am looking to go about another week without my prescription because my schedule does not align with my prescriber and they could not have bothered to notify me of their low stock until the last minute. Multiple instances of my insurance not being applied and no notice from the person at the register. Almost always a long wait at the pharmacy unless the pharm tech with the red hair is there. It's crazy, pay your employees competitive wages and maybe you'll be able to hire competent pharm techs.

Need to work n train employees on customer service. There is no way you can get help for items locked up, unless you physically go looking for them. When you find one they are rude. Now I understand why they are closing many CVS.

Waiting on line at the pharmacy 10 deep to pickup medication. 1:30pm hits and the girl says sorry we’re closed for lunch. Huh ?! What ? Smh. No issue with employees having lunch it’s their right. But if the manager had any common business sense. You don’t shut down completely. Creat a rotation shift where your employees rotate for their lunch so at least you have 2 on and 2 off at all times. Keeps everyone happy.
