CVS Metropolitan & 80st. Middle Village.Pharmacy.The worst service, not once every time that the lady who passes by at the service desk serves me. I won't go into details because what she did this last time I went, I didn't finish writing and it would be long but to summarize: that lady is rude, despotic, disrespectful, zero empathy, annoying and I can say racist. NASTY(the woman with thin Asian features and long hair.)I don't speak fluent English and she is discriminatory, yelling at the line of people who spoke Spanish and shutting me up when I tried to talk to her.

Horrible customer service. Cannot return because they cannot read my receipt, ridiculous. In order to buy something they want your money, but when to return they cannot give back your money and give you store credit. So ridiculous. They say have your receipt, you bring the receipt, oh we cannot read it. They always find a way to rip you off. Never had such a bad customer service experience. Bad, bad, bad.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the area. The line for pickup is always down the entire isle, they are constantly out of prescriptions, and don't even try to call to speak to a pharmacist. I swear I tried calling 12 times within two days to check on my son's prescription and I never once got someone who picked up. I had to call another CVS to check the system. Turns out this store was out of the medication AND NEVER EVEN CALLED TO TELL ME. This is a daily medication that my son needs and they never even let me know. Horrible, horrible, horrible service.

Very rude new associate thinks she knows it all. Explained price is incorrect insisted she was right. Doesnt trust me with allergy from case had walk it up front like im child. Very unproffessional.

I called the pharmacy four times today They always picked up the phone and never say a word Could hear them working and they hung up on me four times I called the store requesting to speak to the store manager two times and they did exactly the same a male employee answered and ended up ending my call Horrible place

I never saw a pharmacy that completely shuts down from 1 to 2 pm. Can't they stagger the hours of their 20 workers behind the counter???? A big cvs with hundreds of not thousands of customers can't put one lady on 2 pm lunch and another gentleman at 1 pm lunch. And then the line !! It's out the door unless you go 8 am in the morning

The team at this location is usually friendly but sometimes someone takes an extra step and on this trip it was Valerie. She greeted us right from the start and encouraged us to let her know if we needed any assist. Today I happened to be tangled up with the self checkout machine and the app and to help resolve she invited to her register (without an groan) and rung me up. Proving a kind human will always be better than a machine. :)

OMFG do not put your prescriptions in this store. You will never, never be able to get someone in the phone when they mess up your script. A one hour phone hold is a GOOD hold time.

The pharmacist is a joke they take 30 years of service you and then once the service you it’s time to close. They don’t acknowledge their customers they pretend they are busy and working horrible customer service skills. Don’t listen to them they forget it’s us customers that make the money. I don’t know what’s taking so long to close down. The women they’re so nasty out and they look like a fresh out of high school just some adults who know to work

I have been coming here for decades and the service just keeps getting worse and worse. The lines for the pharmacy is typically outrageous and completely dysfunctional since they started doing their 1 hour lunch breakswhere they close down. They'll tell you 10 minutes and you'll be there for 40. Heaven forbids you need soap everything is locked up now. Go to Walgreens.

This used to have nice employees at the pharmacy. No more. They are changing and the situation is getting worse. The place is at 7960 Metropolitan Ave. I went today to pick up a rinse solution (prescription) due to a bad issue (infection started) on my implant. The prescription was sent yesterday by my dentist. I was there around 12:30. It was bad rainy day, but I needed the rinse. I was on line for at least 20 minutes (only one cashier) and when my turn came, I was told that the prescription was on hold and I needed to go to another window to talk to the pharmacist. I was again waiting and when my time came, the pharmacist kept me standing there for a while, with no explanation. When I dared to ask what was going on, he shouted that I already picked up my prescription and now the insurance is not paying. I was trying to explain that this was not the case, nobody picked up my prescription, but he was in rush and insisting to pay the full amount. Because I refused, he decided to call my insurance and while on the phone he shouted at me to go home and come back after 2, because the pharmacy was closing at 1:30. I looked at my phone, it was only 1:14 and I asked him to please make it before 1:30 because I couldn't come back, having a flight this afternoon. He didn't want to hear and again, in a rude manner, he "swooshed" me home. My luck was that my insurance carrier solved the issue in 2 minutes and after he hanged up and the prescription was approved, he again shouted at me to move and take a sit. He also shouted to "relax, it's only a rinse" (but this rinse can stop my infection and save my implant!) I am a 68 years old woman, he is a young guy (his initials are SH-I think his last name was Hong) and he was extremely rude, inpatient and impertinent, in a place where he supposed to be professional and nice, dealing mostly with seniors who come for medication, not to have disputes and entertainment. HORRIBLE attitude!!!!

I would leave no stars if I could. No one ever answers the pharmacy phone, they leave it until the automated system shuts off. No matter what time you call, no matter what day, the chances of you getting to speak to an actual person are close to 0. I need a heart medication and can't get it because NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. Not even the manager. I hate this place with a passion.

Young woman who greets and helps everyone is truly an exemplary employee and person. I wish I had her name but regular shoppers would know. Her manager was just as helpful and friendly
