Initially I came to this store to do a trade in for my iPhone 12, the store manager Adderly assisted me with this transaction and said I was available to do a promotional deal promising me only an increase of about $40 dollars. However, this deal was evidently not done incorrectly as my bill jumped up by $250. Unfortunately, I have autopay for my bill and the money was taken out my account.Once I reached out to the store manager regarding this issue, he seemed very promising on resolving my problem. Two months passed and every time I reached out, he would give me a different excuse about why it wasn’t corrected. My auto payments continued and I was charged incorrectly for $600 dollars. It wasn’t until I contacted customer service where I was informed that the ENTIRE transaction was done wrong and they were very confused about what happened during this transaction.If the manager was unable to assist me, he should’ve told me and saved $600 coming out of my account unexpectedly.

Jorman the sales rep and the rest of the crew at this Metropolitan Ave location is Amazing. So Helpful. Its usually No Wait, only at this location, with skillfull reps quick to help the customers of Any age!

This crew is EXCELLENT!! My daughter and myself went in to connect her new Iphone...I couldn't have been happier with each and everyone of the 3 gentlemen that work there...I will recommend them highly for their professional and curtious approach...Thank you for a!great experience!

After asking a plethora of no-nonsense questions, Aaron was helpful and honest. He tried to help me from minute one. I will be taking the phone back to make adjustments after I secure the new technology. I do not anticipate any problems although I will immediately make note if there are. The responses from the company to bad reviews is a good sign they are trying to rectify past issues and show clear support for the customer.Upon returning the next day, Shailene, was also extremely helpful. Before entering, she greets everyone that comes through the door and you are already convinced she will assist in every way possible. Her competence and professionalism are only exceeded by her sincere desire to ensure your concerns are fully addressed. I later learned she was a supervisor and was further impressed as some managers simply do not like getting their hands dirty while they pass the buck onto their subordinates. In doing so, the store may become a training ground where the flow is stymied as an inexperienced employee may stop to ask a higher-up how to proceed. When I returned a third time as I left an important component at home, Mahid was also great. He did not make promises he could not keep, also dedicated a great amount of time and energy and - to his credit- his predictions did come about. I read all these reviews and am perplexed as this store could have easily brushed me aside of even imposed certain fees. I know this as others are very dishonest and won't see you unless you buy everything directly from them and treat them like they are God and the disciples.Thank you again Shailene, you staffing practices are outstanding and you are a great person.

Detailed professionals. The youngsters here were very knowledgeable about my situation. This is a much better and more professional TMobile store than the one on Grand Ave in . Maspeth. Go here!

I went in for a free promotional phone and was signed up to a lease without my permission Every month my bill is different several people have gotten their id stolen From this location they don't give receipts they billed my cousin for 4 phones. He only got two . he's still fighting it. Totally corrupt. They need to be shut down

Why doesnt anyone pick up the phone or answer messages left with a return phone call. This is ridiculous and I'm going to call Corporate and complain.

This place is horrible! The staff has lied to me about their deals. The first time was two years ago when I went to go buy a phone and the worker told me there was a promotion “ but 1 get 1 free”. This was for the iPhone 11 pro max. I took the deal, but I was still being charged for the so-called “ free phone”. I called customer service MANY times and they didn’t help at all because there was no deal under my account even though there was supposed to be one there. I even went to the store, and the staff said “ the manager isn’t here” when you could see her in the back.Before Christmas ( 2022) I went to the same store to get a new phone for my husband, and there were all new staff members. The manager, Jose, came up to me and asked if I needed any help and said he is the new manager and the old staff team isn’t there anymore. He asked me what kind of phone I have and he said for my phone I can get 800 dollars off the iPhone 14. At first, I didn’t trust him because of the prior incident but he assured me that something like that won't happen again and I trusted him. After 2 days I went to go give them my phone but before I did I asked if the deal was still available and he said yes. After I received the iPhone 14 I went back to the store and gave them my phone. I realized that I had never received the deal where I was supposed to get $800 off and only pay $400 for the phone. I returned to the store and the manager had no idea what to do with the situation and said he will send an email to t-mobile and said he will stay in contact with me. He completely ignored the entire situation and it has been at least 5 weeks.These deals would be absolutely amazing only if they were to be truthful. So please be careful with this place.

I went to this store to buy a charger adapter for my new phone.Dalissa greeted me upon entering and took extra care to make sure I was buying the correct adapter.Salman also was very helpful to me by providing me with a paper receipt (I am old-school) AND by taking the time to answer questions/concerns I had about my husbands' phone.I also want to mention the associate who answered the phone when I called ahead of my visit---she was friendly and helpful as well.I am happy that I chose this location. ?

Biggest scam artists of all time. They will take advantage of you, and manipulate you. Corporate should look into this location, and the management. I’d assume these people work off of commission. They will sell you on the fact that something is ‘free’ when it’s not.

I went on Black Friday to inquire on the free IPhone promotion. I don’t recall her name but she looked Hispanic, little heavy set with big eyelashes. She looked at my phone and told me it had scratches and I could not trade it in Instead, I would qualify for the buy one get one 1/2 off promotion. My phone is in impecable condition. I went to T-Mobile at Junction and 63rd drive location and both retailers found nothing wrong with my phone. They told me I can trade in my iPhone XR. Beware of this location it’s like going to a car dealership in the ghetto.

Honestly such a beautiful experience Katherine and Marissa explain all available promotion I can get. Everything took about 1.5 hr walk out with 2 new phone and AirPods. Definitely recommending this tmobile

Horrible staff, they don’t know anything and always sending customers to different T-Mobile stores cause they don’t want to do anything. TCC wireless please have better control of your store and treat your customers better. I wasted my time there.

The employee was not helpful. He made me think I needed to open a new line in order to get a promotion that I didn’t even need or ask for, and additionally tried to sell me a phone that I couldn’t even see on display for handicap accessible person. He was completely unprofessional and just wanted to make money on a loyal customer. Will never return to this store and will be cancelling my services with T-Mobile. I went to another T-Mobile where the experience was completely different and I wasn’t scammed into buying anything that I didn’t need and was able to get what I needed.
