Most of the employees here are excellent. Most of the time few customers are in this post office and they behave properly. The location is nice and tidy.
These things CAN NOT BE SAID OF 11385, that post office is worse than a zoo.

The clerks are friendly and helpful.
The new lady manager is very efficient to help whenever long waiting line appears.
The office inside and outside are all very clean.
The parking spots are quite plenty on both sides of the street.
It is a excellent post office !

I am now convinced that this place does not now how to send mail to it's proper destination.This is about the 10 letter or bill that never made it to where I mailed it to. Do not send your mail from anywhere in the Middle Village are unless you want it to get lost or sent back to you 3 months later .I now go to a US postal service in Floral Park to send my mail out . I will be writing the Postmaster about all the issue there . But it. is the US government I will be dealing with and we all know the story there .

Horrible customer service. I asked for a Large box and Yolanda gives me a medium size box after I said about 10 times my items will not fit in a medium box and she continues to tell me to try and after I show her it doesn’t fit she give me an Amazon box that about the same sizes after I said again I need a large box! I see her counter said in training and she definitely needs to be trained better and listen to the customer and get some large boxes your a post office how do you not have large boxes. This is my closest post offices but definitely the worse.

I mostly drop off prepaid packages. Very quick for me. There’s a lady that comes out the door ever so often and takes all the pre paid packages. But every time I go I notice a line. Due to the one teller working. Other then that, Place is cleaner then the Maspeth post office. Never had an issue with the staff. And street parking is free.

Very Good Local USPS Location and Services provided. Staff friendly and helpful. Have necessary products available for all mailing and shipping needs.

THERE IS NO PLACE TO PARK, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF 3-4 PARKING SPOTS DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THIS POST-OFFICE--WHICH USUALLY MAKES IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO PARK WHEN YOU GO. PLUS, *YOU DO HAVE TO PUT MONEY IN THE METER.**
SO L, ITS BEST TO GO WITH SOMEONE WHO CAN SIT IN THE CAR, WHILEVYOU RUN IN, IN THE EVENT YOUR CAR HAS TO BE MOVED.
PPL TEND TO DOUBLE PARK, CAUSING TRAFFIC AND ANNOID DRIVERS & BUS DRIVERS ON METROPOLITAN AVE.
**So, if you can WALK THERE, that's your best option!

Although this is not my home post office, I usually come to Middle Village as I've never had a problem with a delivery when I used them for my now closed Ebay business or personal endeavors.I have known Anna for many years and I can safely say she is one of the warmest persons you will come across. Today, I came to her with an unconventional problem that I exacerbated by having a bad Internet connection that was not at all her fault. She could not have been nicer in going out of her way to help me. Anybody else would have given up but her outreach was inspirational. I clearly have a lot to learn from her as I confess I do not have much patience with people at times. Anna treats everybody with respect, dignity and transparency. There are persons who seem to become galvanized when they realize they can make somebody's day. The only reason United States Postal is still around is because of the dedication, discipline and generosity of kindness that is the embodiment of Anna's graceful personality. This interpersonal magic comes but once in a lifetime.Thank you again Anna.
