I wasted my time making appointments for a flu vaccine, only to find out that they don't accept my MetroPlus insurance. I don't understand why they can't accept it when other places have no issue with it.

Terrible service at the pharmacy. The Asian gentleman and the pharmacy intern really need to brush up on patient skills. It's typical corporate healthcare.

I really like this store, but often there is only one person at the register to check people out. Thankfully The person in the photo department checked me out , (I had biught film but other things too) and it would’ve taken at least 20 minutes if I waited on the regular line.

I have received several vaccines here before so I scheduled yesterday for an appointment today. I wanted a couple of days before going back to work. Today was perfect and I planned the whole day around it. Filled out all the papers and person after person looked at my insurance card which I have used many times here then they told we can’t take this insurance here. So upsetting.

Went here yesterday to get a flu shot didn't know you needed an appointment. The girl at the pharmacy after waiting a few mins. Do you have an appointment.i said no. She said nasty you need an appointment. Meanwhile there was no one there getting a shot. So I got up and told my husband let's to to CVS. Went in there lady took our info waited a few mins. And we received our shots. You need to train your workers how to speak with people.

I had an unfortunate experience at the pharmacy today the pharmacist was extremely rude to me. I went in expecting the usual service, but from the moment I approached the counter, their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked a simple question about my prescription, they responded with a sharp tone, as if I was bothering them. Horrible!!!!!
They just lost 4 clients today ( my entire family!)
DONT go there!!!!!!!

Came to the store to by a few essentials. I rang the bell for someone to unlock the product I need, it’s been 5 minutes and still no one. When I approach the young lady behind the register, her responce was she doesn’t have the key. The second employee was too busy. When I asked if there was someone else that can help, the young lady said they were the only two working. I fail to understand how you allow the Customer to out number the staff. It’s no wonder the stores have items locked away. Poor scheduling provides opportunity for thieves. Never made a purchase and never will. Bad Scheduling equals bad service. CVS HERE I COME!!!!

I didn't want to leave a review however I have to. . I go to this Walgreens religiously. For ALL of my needs, and I always choose this store over the 24 hour cvs due to cleanliness, products and just my overall experience. However, an employee named Jane is the reason I most likely not be attending anymore. I submitted a complaint to an in person staff leader I believe. Jane has not shown good customer service on a few instances and I was going to leave a long review with details but I don't think it's necessary.

I am reviewing the pharmacy. Constantly put you on hold for long periods of time or you are disconnected and have to call again. Horrible customer service.

I got the updated COVID-19 vaccine. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm going to get my annual flu shot from them too.
