This franchise needs to send someone here to fix the store and its employees. I take the extra 10 minutes to go down the road to the Dollar General there next to chops. It’s that bad. It’s dirty, disorganized and the employees are not customer friendly. ?

This store is horrible. Gives me huge anxiety. Everything is on the floor. Nobody is opening the boxes. The shelves are empty. I use to work in retail and this is a big no no. Customers need to see everything that are in the boxes What is this. Horrible store.

Filthy dirty, messy and clutter all over the place. Some of the aisles are barely passable. Poor customer service and really bad management.

I as in the store Friday 12/22 23 the whole store was a shambles some isles were so bad you could not push a cart through it and this is not the first time. Back in today 12/23/23 you only had one person in the store at 2:30 in the afternoon I hope you made a lot of money making your customers wait in line on a coupon Saturday and two days before Christmas. I can only hope the rest of your stores are run a little better than your Middleport store The reason for one star that is the lowest i could give

It would be nice if the cashiers would pay attention to the person they are cashing out instead of chit chatting with their freinds no hi no thank you no your welcome nothing except total rudeness, as a customer I dont need to listen to there personal problems.i was there on Sunday Sept 3rd at 1130

Recently purchased a gift card here as I have in the past with no problems. This time I bring it home and I give it as a gift a few days later. Then I’m told when they tried to use it they were told it had no balance. So I had to get it back from them and take it to the store just for them to say they couldn’t do anything about it. They said it’s not a problem on they’re end so not only do I have to go out of my way to take it back to the store, but now they tell ME I have to call customer service and figure it. And come to find out that recently they have had this issue at least a few times prior to me. Very disappointed, ZERO accountability, NO help. If I need another gift card in the future I’m not getting from here.

Went in to buy chicken salad in a can it was a dollar 55 and when I got up to the cash register they had not brought the price new price up yet it is now 295 a can and then I bought some other stuff it was a dollar 35 a pack and it turned out to be on sale for a buck-fifty for 2 and then when I cashed out they had no receipt for me cuz I haven't loaded it so I didn't get a receipt when I walked out of what balance I had on my food. Sounds like me they need a new manager not too happy with the service this time I usually come here then going to Medina Dollar General I hope they can act a little bit more efficient here next time I come.
