Do not come here for pedicures. Absolutely do not come here. They have 0 clue what’s going on. Don’t understand simple instructions and are beyond rude when u ask them to fix their mistake. HOWEVER. Andy does an exceptional job when I get my nails done here. It’s hit or miss

Please let Steven shine some more! He does an amazing job. I 1000000% recommend him. Not only is he incredibly kind, but he is super patient, and takes his time to give the best experience and quality you are paying for. I genuinely wish that his coworkers and managers wouldn’t micromanage him as much as they do, give him the chance he deserves he is so amazing. My family and I see him every time we go there every 2 weeks. He is such a blessing to this place. ❤️🤝🏼

I got a pedicure and an acrylic full set on my nails. pricing wasn’t bad at all and the staff was very nice. when the manicurist accidentally put gel polish on when i wanted regular they let me keep it at no extra charge. my pedicure went very well and i have no complaints. I will say of you want more modern designs on your nails this might not be the best place. I picking a relatively simple modern design on my nails and it honestly came out very sloppy, there is visible texture on my nails (not from me). parts of my nails aren’t fully painted and overall my manicure looks a bit rough. I added my reference picture, i wanted my length shorter so in understand spacing differences but i feel like my nails could've been a bit neater

Worst pedicure I got she almost cut my whole nail off the manger was talking about me to everyone . The lady who did my pedicure did a horrible job I been here multiple times and I had. A good experience last time this time I was uncomfortable the whole time . You definitely should come here just don’t use Ellen .

Girl, Kathy never disappoint me. I show her a picture of what I want and she nailed it! She is very detailed and neat person. Definitely will come back more and more in the future🫶🏼 The price is very reasonable ($120) and I gave her 25 dollars tip❤️

I have been coming to the salon for years ever since I was in middle school I absolutely love the environment it is a very clean shop I always go to the owner when I get my nails done as well as waxing very professional. And they’re always looking into your best interest whether it’s your timing or design that you want done. Will be forever my favorite place to get my nails done. And I have gone back-and-forth with getting hello Kitty nails for the longest time and I finally did it this time and I am absolutely in love.

I enjoyed coming here, my nail tech did an amazing job. But my thing is he cut not one but three of my nails/cuticles to far back and they were bleeding after. Not only that but the drill cut my skin above my nail and it’s painful. I would love to come back but not after getting cuts on 3 of my fingers.

The place was clean, the lady that did my nails was nice. The quality of my nails are good. They do a good job here at 360 Nails. I would come again. They give you hand massages with madicure and feet massage with pedicure

I went here like twice then when I went last time I got a manicure and pedicure. my pedicure the next day had like an air bubble so I went back the next day and the guy working there said it's because the lady didn't let it fully dry. then they bring the lady out and she said "it's because yo nail ugly" and I said what? and then she repeated it again even louder ... that is not how you treat a customer I will not be going back and have told my family members not to go back as well.

Don’t go to #6 ! My first time here on 3/23 I needed to soak & put a new set on. From the beginning I should’ve known she wasn’t it. She tried to leave some of my old acrylic on the nail because my real nail was too thin from what she said but I still needed the old set to come off because it was lifting. Fast forward I showed her a design asking if she can do it she said yes & it came out horrible idk what possessed me to leave the salon like that smh. But I did & was at an event that same day went to peel a sticker & my thumb nail lifted from the acrylic that was just put on! As well as my ring finger chip & was lifting. I went back the next day and the guy at the front desk tried to send me back to this women & I said no. I went to number #15 Henry & bless his soul cause he fixed my nails (I’ll go back to him) but with all that being said it’s now 3 days later & 2 more nails lifted & another 1 chipped. What a waste of $75 !
Updated: Jeannie is literally the sweetest after working with my schedule she managed to fix my nails & it was amazing! Maybe some of the workers should be retrained.
