I’ve officially had it with this location. We ordered a couch here. To begin we were told it was available right away and call days prior and they’d have it delivered. This was untrue we waited an additional month. It was ordered incorrectly after being very clear that the exact one in the show room set up and all is what we needed. So after we were to receive it we had to deny it and wait for it to be redelivered “correctly”. When speaking with our associate who reordered it he tells us “oh this is great you guys are saving an additional $200 dollars on this after switched it” I asked him point blank is the warranty still on this? He goes “yes ma’am”. When attempting to schedule a date he gave my husband a date that wasn’t available. Then proceeded to call me the day prior to that delivery date to reschedule. FUNNY when he called he didn’t realize I had answered the phone as he made sure to tell his coworkers “she’s not even answering I’m just gonna schedule it”. Finally he heard me shouting saying I’m on the phone and quickly recovered his fumble of his mouth. After delivery I contacted the customer service team as I still had a pending charge from the original unit on my
Credit card. At that time they informed me that magical savings was the warranty not to placed back on. They told me there’s nothing they can do and at that time I requested a call from the store. They informed me it would be no problem. That was at the end of November. No call received. I reached out to our sales associate via the store. I was told he’d give me a call back. Yet again no contact back. A week ago I went into the store to speak with the manager. The gentleman we worked with happened to be there. I informed him again what is going on and he told me he’d have his manager contact us the next day. I requested specifically to speak with me rather than my husband. Simple directions yet again not followed. We’ve received one phone call to have us send the order they’d work on it. Here we are a week later and no call back from the manager or the associate. I advise you get better quality and go to raymour and Flanagan. They are true to customer experience.

Brittany at Ashley outlet on 211 went over and beyond to help me find what I need. She was patient, helpful and super knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. She ensured I had all that I needed and I am satisfied customer that will recommend her and this store any day!!!

We have dealt with Howard at Ashley in Middletown numerous times. He had the utmost patience with us. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and polite. We would definitely shop again especially to see Howard.
