I just wanted to say thank you to the wonderful sales representative Leslie and also manager Juan for having amazing customer service. Very professional, caring, and knowledgeable on products and plans that you can get for your family and yourself. If you go to the store definitely ask for Leslie and or Juan because they will put you in the right track. Glad to have joined the AT&T family and so far i love all the perks of FirstNet and promotions AT&T has to offer. ?

Jelana was the representative who serviced our account. To say that she went above and beyond is an understatement. We came in to upgrade a phone and l left with resolved problems on our account that we didn't even know existed. She was apologetic for us having to have dealt with employees from an authorized retailer who come to find out lied to us in order for us to buy more products/lines. Jelana was completely transparent with us during the entire process and even though we were frustrated with the situation, we were so happy that she was dedicated on getting it resolved for us. We are so grateful for Jelana's patience and persistence on working towards a resolution for us.

I had At&T before and it was not good unfortunately. I gave them a second chance by trading in my IPhone in order to get the Iphone 15 pro Max. You need to know that you need to be with them for 3 long years in order to get the trade in value that goes towards your account. If you decide to pay off the phone before the 3 years….YOU HAVE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT! Even though I traded in a phone. They tell you the amount you are getting for the trade in but they don’t explain you how you are getting the money ?♀️.Now I’m stuck with a 3 year deal. On top of that if I do pay off the phone, I need to wait 60 DAYS to get it unblocked! RIDICULOUS! Customer service was ok but they need to be more specific and let the customer decide if they want to be stuck with AT&T for 3 years. After almost one month I finally got out from AT&T worse customer service ever. Please STAY AWAY FROM AT&T. DO NOT TRADE IN YOUR PHONE BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PHONE AND MAKE YOU FINANCE THE NEW PHONE AT FULL PRICE!

Roosevelt P was our sales rep and could not have been more polite or helpful. He introduced himself, shook our hands and quickly got us our new phone and helped us back it up and get it set up. He is the man!! Best AT&T rep there is hands down!

The sales representatives are great here. They are informative and helpful. They also did some troubleshooting with some issues. We ended up getting new devices and they were set up with no real issues. The layout is open and they have plenty of stock to look through.

Towards the end of December 2023 we went into the Middletown ny store to upgrade my son's iPhone. During that process the sales rep started making changes to our plan which were going to save us money on our monthly. We come to find out later she had our bill doubled, lied about additional services and discounts we would now be getting and lied to us about everything she was doing to the bill to make it cheaper. Me and my wife entrusted her but we were literally defrauded. Stay away from this store and check your bill when your after any visit to this store. Very disappointed with ATT for letting this behavior happen in a corporate store. I can't possibly go back there because if I can't trust who I'm Speaking with and have to bring my lawyer with me to explaine it all to me, it's just not worth it I am going to relentlessly pursue avenues to bring this to the public's attention and for ATT to acknowledge there denial of the fraud. Someone from corporate did end up helping us and she was great but all of my calls to the store and ATT WERE HANDLED VERY POORLY

Roosevelt & Matthew went above & beyond to make me and my mom feel comfortable when purchasing new phones. They were pleasant, friendly, and professional. I would definitely go back to this store!
