I had At&T before and it was not good unfortunately. I gave them a second chance by trading in my IPhone in order to get the Iphone 15 pro Max. You need to know that you need to be with them for 3 long years in order to get the trade in value that goes towards your account. If you decide to pay off the phone before the 3 years….YOU HAVE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT! Even though I traded in a phone. They tell you the amount you are getting for the trade in but they don’t explain you how you are getting the money ?♀️.Now I’m stuck with a 3 year deal. On top of that if I do pay off the phone, I need to wait 60 DAYS to get it unblocked! RIDICULOUS! Customer service was ok but they need to be more specific and let the customer decide if they want to be stuck with AT&T for 3 years. After almost one month I finally got out from AT&T worse customer service ever. Please STAY AWAY FROM AT&T. DO NOT TRADE IN YOUR PHONE BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PHONE AND MAKE YOU FINANCE THE NEW PHONE AT FULL PRICE!

Roosevelt P was our sales rep and could not have been more polite or helpful. He introduced himself, shook our hands and quickly got us our new phone and helped us back it up and get it set up. He is the man!! Best AT&T rep there is hands down!

The sales representatives are great here. They are informative and helpful. They also did some troubleshooting with some issues. We ended up getting new devices and they were set up with no real issues. The layout is open and they have plenty of stock to look through.

Towards the end of December 2023 we went into the Middletown ny store to upgrade my son's iPhone. During that process the sales rep started making changes to our plan which were going to save us money on our monthly. We come to find out later she had our bill doubled, lied about additional services and discounts we would now be getting and lied to us about everything she was doing to the bill to make it cheaper. Me and my wife entrusted her but we were literally defrauded. Stay away from this store and check your bill when your after any visit to this store. Very disappointed with ATT for letting this behavior happen in a corporate store. I can't possibly go back there because if I can't trust who I'm Speaking with and have to bring my lawyer with me to explaine it all to me, it's just not worth it I am going to relentlessly pursue avenues to bring this to the public's attention and for ATT to acknowledge there denial of the fraud. Someone from corporate did end up helping us and she was great but all of my calls to the store and ATT WERE HANDLED VERY POORLY

Roosevelt & Matthew went above & beyond to make me and my mom feel comfortable when purchasing new phones. They were pleasant, friendly, and professional. I would definitely go back to this store!

The people were excellent. I'm glad to see that a lot of the staff of the store were different than the past. Previous times I've gone to the Middletown location and have been unable to solve my issues. Not this time, I worked with Roosevelt and he went above and beyond

Had to make a number of changes to our plan, switch it from business to personal, take a phone off and add a phone line to one of the phones were keeping. After wasting over an hour of my time on the phone, I drove over to the store and Zach Capote Knocked it out of the park!Can you exactly what I was asking for, got it done quick, and sent me on my way with a smile!Zak should get a raise!!!!

I just want to say how helpful Zack is at the Middletown, NY ATT location. He has helped me figure out some trouble shooting issues with devices on a few different occasions. He’s the best! Thanks for the help with my kids’ watches today, Zack! You’re a life saver!

Joel literally did magic for me!!! I wasn’t able to switch my number over because t mobile was giving me a hard time but this ATT location was able to do it…. I’m in shock and absolutely so thankful they were able to help me. Especially Joel he went above and beyond to help me I can’t believe we were able to get this done!! I’m going to kiss the floor in this store!!! My business is back up and running because of these wonderful people at this ATT&T store ? A+++++++ give Joel a raise he literally preformed brain surgery on my broken phone !!!!

I needed to finalize a trade in at the store for 6 phones that were already processed by another agent in another city. In order to get my trade in credit, I essentially needed the shipping label reprinted to send my phones. After waiting 20 minutes without even being greeted by ANY associates, the next available associate looked at the pile of 6 phones and stated, "We can't process that here because you already finalized the trade in. You have to get your shipping label sent to you to process it. You can't just drop off your phones here for a trade in." Then she walked away to help another customer without even attempting to provide any assistance. I had to drive another 20 minutes to Chester, NY where a professional associate actually looked into my account, called ATT corporate line, created a new shipping label, and even provided the packaging so that I can drop it off today. I'm not sure anyone in the Middletown, NY store knows what the definition of "customer service" is so if you have the ability to go to another store, I would recommend Chester, NY or anywhere else than here.

Outstanding customer service from the manager, i believe his name was matthew. Had an issue with my bill and he was able to resolve my issue as to why i was over paying, walked out with a new line added to my account since i was going to have a better savings on my bill.
