Blue Flame propane co. is awesome. Was told I was getting my delivery on Friday x I was happy to see that little bobtail Kenworth backing into my driveway. Louie x Joey are wonderful drivers.

Apparently they don’t like money, extremely rude employees especially some brat on the phone.
Actually worked out we found a better rate with another company.
You call them and say you don’t have hot water , the tanks need a simple unlock no fuel and their response is sorry the soonest is in ten days. Your family will be suffering, stay away.

Very poor customer service. The customer service representative was very rude to me on the phone and in person. Not really sure how they keep business going with her running the front desk. Zero out of 5 stars do not recommend. She also threatened to come get my tank for an issue that was on there and and not on mine.

They said if my tanks were low and I called on Friday I would had to wait until Monday I called on Wednesday and they say they can't come out to Tuesday I've been 2 days so far without any hot water or heat and it is Christmas they ruined my Christmas The most unprofessional people in the world
