Very poor customer service. The customer service representative was very rude to me on the phone and in person. Not really sure how they keep business going with her running the front desk. Zero out of 5 stars do not recommend. She also threatened to come get my tank for an issue that was on there and and not on mine.

They said if my tanks were low and I called on Friday I would had to wait until Monday I called on Wednesday and they say they can't come out to Tuesday I've been 2 days so far without any hot water or heat and it is Christmas they ruined my Christmas The most unprofessional people in the world

The Blue Flame Staff including the Office, Installers and delivery are always Amazingly Prompt and Professional.Their installation of propane lines and equipment is impeccable!

I agree with all the bad reviewers. This company is horrible. I have multiple rentals in the upstate area and one I inherited just so happened to have this company. And man what a headache!!! They are so incompetent to give you service. Upon scheduling they found an excuse ( angry dogs in the yard ) delivery attempt failed. Heres an idea ring the doorbell ! Oh wait technology is too much for they’re 65( year old worker delivering the propane. Ok no problem just let me know that you cannot ring a doorbell and just call me if that easier. Wait….. no that’s still too much , Hahah listen blue flame I don’t know how you guys call yourself a business but I guess leave the accounts with big money to Depew they can ring a doorbell and give a customer a call when they are on their way. I say,Out with the OLD in with the NEW. Much happier without blue flame in my life and can now focus on my rental business.

I refused the services of the company before that I was filled with a tank of 500 gallons at 80% and took $ 1400 from me, I returned the tank with 40% and the return was $ 355. Wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company.

THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW. INSTALLATION DAY WAS TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE INSTALLATION GUY YELLED AT ME FOR NOT KNOWING WHICH DOOR WAS MY FRONT DOOR. THEN HE PROCEEDED TO REMOVE A SMALL TANK (FOR THE KITCHEN ONLY) WITHOUT ASKING...AND DIDN"T EVEN INSTALL IT BACK. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE...NO ONE COULD EXPLAIN HOW THE BILLING ACTUALLY WORKS. THIS COMPANY WITH OVERCHARGE, UNDER-DELIVER, AND PUNISH THOSE WHO MISS A PAYMENT. THEY WILL CALL YOU NON-STOP ALL DAY LONG UNTIL THEY RECEIVE THAT PAYMENT....AND WILL ON THE CALL TREAT YOU LIKE "HURRY UP, PAY, AND GOODBYE". THERE'S A $200 EMERGENCY CHARGE ALSO. THIS COMPANY WILL LEAVE YOU OUT IN THE COLD AND MAKE NOTE TO THE EMERGENCY SERVICE COMPANY NOT TO DELIVERY REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION. I WAS TOLD TO GO BUY BBQ TANKS. WOW. IM AMAZED THAT COMPANIES LIKE THIS STILL EXIST TODAY!

I was going through hundreds of gallons of propane, and called the company to check the tanks. They had their tech come out and told me it wasn’t their issue. I then stopped having hot water and called them again and they said the explanation had to be in the house and if they came out it would be a service fee. Just hired a plumber and he immediately diagnosed it - the regulator for the propane tank wasn’t working and fixed it. Their poor service cost me over 1000 dollars in extra fills, hiring someone to come in and rectify a problem with the tanks they said they checked and tried to charge me for coming in the house. Thank god I didn’t let them. I will be switching companies and complaining to the better business bureau If they don’t compensate me for the propane and hiring someone to rectify the issue with their tank.

Have been with them for three years,never tried to upsell me more than what I needed unlike other companies ,prompt , courteous,always fit me in on short notice,dispatchers that answer phone are always polite, never had a bad experience.

I have the same complaint as everyone else it seems. Can only get a delivery on only one specific day a week, well that font help if I run out before . The extra cost to get an emergency refill and plus the phone number is out of service so what am I suppose to do. I pay more to heat my apartment then it does to cost me to own a brand new vehicle. Better off splitting wood , atleast its reliable !!!!!!!!!
