My kids love going to build a bear and selecting their bears ! There is an older lady who works there that is HORRIBLE ! She needs to go find a different job & not be around kids . She is rude for no reason at all and pushy . BEWARE OF THE OLDER LADY !!!! She needs help seriously.

Cecil was so awesome! They have the best customer service and my son had so much fun making his Batman bear with them. They have such patience and you can tell how much they truly enjoy their job which is refreshing. Gabby was sweet as well!
