Drive up ATM never works. Literally had to stand in line outside of the bank just to use the ATM. What terrible inconvenience.

We normally bank at Chase Monticello (we love them!) but had to use this branch to open a business account due to a time crunch. We regret it.The banker who set up our account failed to do so properly, our new accounts were frozen. She went on VACATION then straight to a training with no further contact. I had to contact the branch manager who has also been of no assitance and we are now a week without access to crucial business accounts. DO NOT BANK AT THIS BRANCH THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK. They have the paperwork they need, I do not understand their lack of consideration for small business.

I had the pleasure of meeting an employee at the Orange Plaza Branch in Middletown New York today with regard to getting some information on my existing checking account with Chase he was so courteous and helpful he did everything that I requested and then some I wanted to say what a wonderful employee and asset he is to Chase Bank his name was Wilfredo Pacheco

Seniors are constantly suffering.They depend on their Social security and Pension to live on.But wouldn't you know the banks choose to NOT pay The pensions that were due to be deposited on the 1st of the month as usual bu because the 1st was on a Saturday made the seniors wait the Entire weekend till the3rd to get their money.Therefore the money hungry Banks had use of the money for 3 days while seniors got nothing.

Extremely slow customer service. Rude and uncaring. I will never go back to this branch again.

The overall service in this branch is terrible. The tellers are very slow and so are the customer service personnel. Chase should just close this branch. If you want better service go east on 211 to the other Chase branch. They know how to treat a customer.

he branch manager, Myli Anderson was no help at all. If you come to this branch seeking assistance from a manger request a different one or just drive 5 minutes down the road to chase bank located on 211. Myli Anderson was no help at all and the fact that she’s a “manger,” is even more hilarious due to the fact that she can’t perform any manager duties lol. She was absolutely no help and failed to resolve the issue we original issue came into the branch for.
