Food is what you get at a chain. Reliable but definitely not homemade or fresh. Order came out wrong but they fixed it before I even had time to tell them. Everything came out super quick and the waitress was very nice and attentive. The manager could smile or be a bit more cheerful. The entire time he just seemed like he hated every second of his job. Overall, the restaurant is clean and organized.

My mother refused to accept my husband into the family until she got his positive opinion on Chili’s. Took him there for the first time and he thought the poop dip was exquisite. He’s finally a proud member of the fam. Bring your entire bloodline here, they won’t be disappointed.

Went here to this location for the 1st time on Friday March 8th 2024. if you been to one chilli's you've been to them all! I only say this because it is pretty much the same layout as the harriman location, in which i frequent more. Was greeted right away, by a host, who was clearing up tables, then a manager walked by and sat me right away. I sat in the dining room section. Server greeted me right away, and she was very nice. I started with a water. Needed a few minutes to decide what i wanted because it is lent season, and I try to follow the no meat rule. to add, i usually like their margaritas but wanted to wait because i have a commute to monroe that is about 15 minutes away if one takes route 17. (that is also why i used to frequent the harriman chilis more!) Anyways, finally decided what i wanted to order, had the santa fe salad with salmon, and started with the 1/2 order of texas cheese fries. The cheese fries were very good, but did taste a little salty, but wasn't an overbearing taste. Salad came out really fast, and ate about 1/2 of it, and then asked for a box to take it home. Got a box right away, and overall enjoyed the food! Also come paying time, i had a gift card to use, and the machine was being really dumb and slow and not accepting it, kept asking to ask my server. after 2 tries and a new machine, I just paid with my credit card, which has cashback on restaurants anyways. only 33.00 with the tip included. Hope to be back soon!

Familiar menu, consistently good food, great service. Recommend starting your meal with the southwestern egg rolls. Alex's Santa Fe Burger was excellent.

The server was excellent. The atmosphere ok. My wife ordered the steak it looked great my wife really enjoyed it. I ordered the "bowl" of chilli,let's just say the quality and quantity were very poor and most definitely not worth the wait. I informed the server of this. She apologized and said she'd tell the manager. I ordered a cup of coffee she warned me it was a cheap coffee and sub par. She wasn't lieing
