There was a long line. Thankfully, after about 7 minutes, one of the ladies came from the back to help out. This made things speed up tremendously.

Almost a year with them i didnt hve any issues but since a week ago they just keep blocking my card for no reason. Customer service on the phone is horrible more than an hour wait and then for them to just hang up.

Jesse at the counter was very rude and unfriendly because I applied for an account online.
When I made a deposit and asked for my account number, if I wanted to remit money from another bank, I would know how to transfer it. He refused and said it was personal data protection. It was ridiculous. Then why could my deposit of 2,000 be credited? He could help me deposit it into my account.

The stars are for the hard working people in the bank …. But since it took over from HSBC bank an international bank this provincial institution can’t keep up - its online services are a disaster. What you take for granted this bank doesn’t have -Go else where don’t waste your time and energy - I’ll was locked out of my company because they couldn’t verify it! - It’s been trading there for at least two months or more

Bank just took my card for no reason I’ve been having problems since 2015 I’ve been having problems with them bank is terrible needs to relocate and put a new bank this is unacceptable and I’m upset it took my card

Even though I'm not a direct customer of Citizen Bank and is located out of country, Brian and Anthony went above and beyond to solve my wire payment issue. They ensure I'm aware of the updates and had stellar customer service. It was a pleasure working with them and thank you for solving my issue so patiently!

Only one bank left in Orange County NY. Hours are horrible. Atm always down at critical times. Need to change soon.
