I am moving from my current business to this one and really appreciate the security here! My other unit had locks removed twice and my rent was paid in advance. Customer service was outstanding, taking time to explain things and walked me down to see the unit before I committed. Would highly recommend!

I first rented my unit approximately 3 years ago and I've have had nothing but a great experience with Columbia Storage.
Jeanie has always been friendly, helpful, accommodating and flexible. The facility is always clean, well-lit, and secure. Pricing is fair and there have been no surprise fees. I've utilized other storage facilities in the past, but none of them compare to Columbia or the service and attention the Jeanie provides!

Found a unit online 10x5 for a really good price here and the lady in the office was very professional and nice 👍👍👍🙂 and they have handy key tag access so you don't have to use a code all the time .
