We had an amazing experience with Dail transmission & Total Car Care. Dail had to deal with replacing our transmission AND dealing with our very complicated,
extended warranty company.
Dail transmission was very patient, professional, kind and courageous throughout our repair visit. If you need your vehicle repaired we highly recommend Dail. Their customer service is incredible!

I really wish I could give a better review because everything was amazing and staff friendly and got it done within a day. It all came to a abrupt bad ending when i got accused of damaging their shop van I rented when I have a perfect record with no accidents have drove professionally for 10 years and have 3 witnesses who at any giving time were with me when I drove. Their van was already damaged with several dings dents and scratches and ran badly with engine tick/knock and exhaust issues. I knew I should have taken pics and videos beforehand. Oh, and 1 of the so-called scratches pointed out to me literally had some sort of goop like it was a bad attempt of someone trying to cover it up. I really looked forward to becoming a return customer, and this really upsets me.

Excellent experience working with Tiffany. While on a road trip from TX to NY, we needed the transmission replaced on our GMC Silverado with 130k miles. The part was ordered, and work was completed in less than 48 hours. We had plans to tour Patterson and Wallkill during that time. Tiffany arranged for us to borrow the company vehicle so we wouldn't have to modify our schedule. Thanks to Dail, we went on to finish our road trip with no worries. Thank you for caring about people! You have our number. You and Isabel should come visit us in Texas, we will show you the same hospitality.

In November of 2023, I took my 4wd Chevy Tahoe to Dail Transmission for a rebuild of my failed automatic transmission. After checking out all of the local competition, as well as considering replacing the transmission myself with a mail order rebuild, I chose Dail. Why? Because, after speaking with her, I got competent straight answers, which was a breath of fresh air after speaking to some other shops. She could rebuild my transmission and include ALL labor and costs cheaper than just buying a dealer remanufactured transmission. The Chevy dealer wanted me to wait three months because they could not find the labor to do the job.. which is a BIG RED flag. .. After the repair at Dail's, , the price was exactly as specified, with no flim flam add on. Since the repair, for months now, my Chevy Tahoe's automatic transmission works great. Would I go to her again..? Without question.. not only for transmission work, but also her general car repair service as well. I am not a shill.. I am almost 75 and found a repair service I can respect and trust in Dail Transmission of Middletown Orange County, NY.

Got my transmission fixed in September ..now in February come to find out they used the wrong sealant and blew my transmission again! Our 7,000 for what? Absolutely ridiculous .
