This place advertised a certain rate at first but they randomly raised the amount just 2 months later! I’ve rented from different places before, so I understand rates increase after maybe a year, but 2 months? It seemed like a good deal, I didn’t think they’d just to decide to charge whatever they want. And the unit had a leaky roof on top of that. I do not recommend this place.

Well run, clean facility with a mixture of temp controlled units, ample supply of moving/storage products and VERY affordable units. The front desk workers are extremely polite and professional. I'm very pleased with my decision to choice this storage facility!

Securing the space I needed was well handled online and in person by the attendant Shari (excuse me if I have the name wrong). The facility is clean and well maintained. This is the 2nd time I’ve used the Middletown site.

The ladies who run the place are great! Always friendly and very helpful.
Unfortunately over my 3 years this has changed. I finally decided to leave because of horrible price increases, inconsistent climate control, poor condition of pavement areas and horrible snow removal and icing during the winter. I have asked for the management company to contact me 4 different times and never heard from anyone. Local management team has taken no ownership of the concerns in my opinion. Current staff is frustrated stating "they are not happy because they have been alone for 7 months." The owners do not care and continue to raise prices and provide less service. Look elsewhere for better service, care and pricing.

Renting a storage unit for the first time and Kerri was very helpful and personable, Front Desk/Property Manager, taking me on a tour of the unit answering all my questions and sharing some information on questions I didn't think to ask. Went over for the first time since renting the unit and it was super easy to access the building using my code even during hours with the office being closed. Very quite but yet still easy to get to if your in the Middletown area being right by the back entrance to the Galleria Mall.
Prices are very reasonable as I went to a couple other storage places in the area to compare. So far so good think it will be a great spot to store my things while I'm transitioning between living situations.
