We went in to have our teenage daughter’s car looked at because we just bought it, they called my husband 3-4 times before he could get to the shop as I was out. They were trying to pressure us to pay over the phone for things that weren’t done yet. They must be crazy. When we got there we had our mechanic on the phone listening to what they had to say. For all that needed to be done, they said it would be almost $8,000. Our mechanic said not to have the work done. One of the parts they said would be $150. We actually got for $40. They try to rip you off. When we said we would be having our mechanic do the work, the attitude was amazing, the women with the high top fade was absolutely nasty. Then we got down the street to autozone and my husband opened the hood, the cap for the power steering fluid tank was off on the side. This is a car our young daughter drives. They put her in jeopardy. NEVER AGAIN will we take any of our vehicles there!

Went there to get all 4 tire replaced and balanced. I paid 600+ for that and a lifetime alignment package in preparation to get my car inspected.Troy sold the tires to my husband over the phone. I get to the inspection station and they tell me they cannot pass me because it is missing a lug nut. I literally had just left Firestone 30 minutes prior. Turns out the bolt was stripped. You think they would have addressed that while changing the tires instead of leaving the lug nut off and I definitely should have been told. Went across the street from the inspection station to a tire place to address the issue and as soon as they took the tire off the balance fell right off. The mechanic told me they didn’t put the right one on. Prior to leaving I asked for a printout of the specs for the alignment. The guy told me they don’t do that there. That was something they do at dealerships. I didn’t argue even though I had received it from another Firestone. So when my husband called to complain, the Manager, Charlie, who I did not speak to during my visit said he recalled the conversation and called me a liar. Do not bring your car here terrible customer service and no pride in their workmanship. Picture is of the balance that fell off the tire.

Went in for an alignment on my Audi A4. When I was picking up my car I was told by the store manager that my car “doesn’t have an adjustment for the camber, so they just adjusted the toe the best they could”. Thought that didn’t sound right at all. Got home and went over the car… see pictures. Absolutely atrocious! Called and asked about the tool that was actually needed to alignment my car correctly, was told they “don’t have it, just come in tomorrow for a refund”.
Why sell me a service that you can’t perform correctly, waste my time and yours?
So, guess if anyone in the area has an Audi double check and make sure they are able to properly perform the service before wasting your time and money.

By far, the worst person that I ever dealt with in my life. Walk in to get an inspection and the rude guy in the front denies my service Because I don’t have an appointment. Only two cars were being worked on meanwhile he has 6 garages open and mechanics sitting down doing nothing. Nobody waiting. His strong rude personality just lost a customer. Never going back again.

Horrible the person that works at the counter should be fired I asked for a wider tire size and was told no I went to tire Discount and got my wider tire.

?SCAM ARTISTS? They act super friendly, give you a high price, then "do you a favor" and magically come up with a lower price. Then they will try telling you all sorts of things need to be fixed or replaced. If you genuinely know your car and tell them "no" to fixing anything else they will mess something up on purpose so you need to come back for maintenance. I came in for tires and tie rods. They removed the bolts that hold the dust shield in place. I was the last customer and paid as they closed. On my way home I noticed a loud metal rattling sound. I crawl under the car and find the loose dust shield. I go back the next day, and they deny any and all responsibility with a nasty attitude. The thing is, I know for a fact they had to remove that to replace the tie rods. Don't
give them your hard earned money.

Got a new radiator and thermostat put in. They couldn't be bothered to bleed the air out of the system and make sure there was enough coolant. Had to do both those things myself after getting my car back. Had to add almost 2 liters of coolant myself.
