I originally pre ordered the tlx type s from Acura of Westchester but they completely dropped the ball. I had my eye on the type s since it dropped and I am 100% happy I pulled the trigger. Friendly Acura made my experience very easy and kept their end on everything that was promised. Mansoor has been great and very responsive for us. I recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to take a visit they will not disappoint.

BEWARE the shady business practices of the service department at this dealership. A few weeks ago I went in for an oil change. At the time, I was advised that my front brakes were low and was quoted a price of $595 to replace pads and rotors. I held off on the brakes at that time. I decided recently to get the brakes done and had received a $100 off brakes coupon in the mail. I got the brakes done and when I went to check out, the price had increased to $695. I asked why the price was different as I was previously quoted $595. I was told that I was originally quoted the coupon price. Interesting, huh? They quote you a price with a coupon without knowing if you have a coupon. And if you're always going to give customers a coupon price then why even have non-coupon prices? why even have coupons for that matter? I feel this a very deceptive practice. I guess my bad for not confirming the price ahead of time but I didn't feel that should be necessary. oh well, lesson learned. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

My wife and I were at several dealers and we were getting overwhelmed then a family member shared their wonderful experience with “Friendly” so we tried them. We are so glad we did, really! The sales reps Brandy and DJ were kind and patient and helped us settle on the right car for us. When it can time to purchase all was done well and orderly and the manager Conrad and finance guy Ray were super nice guys. We are hooked, and will never go anywhere else. Friendly is now our “go to” place for all our auto needs. And our “new-to-us” Pilot goes with us everywhere. We are elated.

First brought my 04 TL to this location out of fear of bringing it to any other shop and thankfully my fear had lead me to these guys I don’t bring my cars anywhere else I even encourage my family to bring their cars here because I know the quality of work they do now I’ve been lucky to upgrade to a TLX and they’ve pampered my car the same as my 04 tl the two techs who generally work on my car are AJ and I forget if it’s Brian or Ryan but if you want good service you can trust bring your car here. Haven’t had to go without my car for longer than a week. Thanks friendly!

Great experience. Staff was very nice and helpful. Was there for an oil change and waiting for my car. Waited an hour-maybe a little less. Nice clean waiting room. The complimentary car wash I was given a voucher for was also very nice. Over all a really good seamless experience.
