My car broke down and Gloster & Sons towed my car to their shop. They updated me later in the day with what the issue was with my car. The new part was ordered, delivered and my car was ready to be picked up less than 24 hours after it broke down. They were so helpful and answered every question I had. I 100% recommend Gloster & Sons and will be a returning customer when needed.

Dnt deal with these guys if u dnt have to I locked my keys in my truck an times r tight hard for everyone 5 min of work 140 literally 5min an I wasn't far from there garage walkill police recommend me there went my electric money now indark I had experience with them back in 99 was outrageous price too I didn't even want to leave one star

I don't even want to give this place any stars! They are nasty greedy people! Nothing like kicking someone while they are down! I totaled my truck hitting a deer then a telephone pole. The police are the ones that called Glosters to tow my truck. Now this place wants me to pay them and sign over my truck just to get my stuff like my house and other car keys and my plates back ? I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

Bill & Billy have always been top notch, honest & fair. I trust them to do work that needs to be done & not get ripped off. Most repair places will try & sell you everything & anything under the sun,however not these guys. They explained what is wrong, what should be done & what could wait. They are accommodating & really try to work with you are far as scheduling. Pricing is more than comparable to other places & you know the work is done right the first time. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Billy is always very nice and professional and so is his dad. My husband and I started taking our vehicles here not too long ago. There are so many auto repair shops in Middletown that are crooks and will just say you need to repair something when you really don't. Billy and Bill will not start replacing things unless they are sure that's what needs to be done. Gloster & Sons are the only auto service shop that I've come across in Middletown that aren't crooks. They are very reputable and I highly recommend them. Thank you both for always being so honest.Services: General repairs

I have taken my car to Gloster’s since I got it last year and this past experience has been terrible. I had a check engine light on, multi cylinder misfires and paid $750 to have it fixed just for the car to spit out the check engine light the next day on my drive back to college. I took it to autozone to get the check engine report and the main code is cylinder misfire. Billy has been very nice and willing to talk with me when I call but Bill has made me cry and said they can’t do anything unless I drive the car back 5hrs home to get it back in with them. The car shakes and stalls out whenever I have to stop at a red light but Bill told me I would be fine once I get it up to speed on the highway which seems like an unreasonable request of a 20 year old girl to drive a car in those conditions. I was hoping they’d give me at least half of my money back so I can afford to take it to a shop near me to fix the problem I already spent so much money on to have “fixed” by Gloster’s but they do not seem like they are willing to work with me so I’m going through the hassle of filing a dispute with my credit card company.

After being involved in an accident while driving my girlfriend's car. My girlfriend's car was returned to us filled with garbage and road debris. The auto body has a picture of the way the car was received. Most, if not all of the trash in the pictures were not present prior to the vehicle being towed. Gloster & Sons claims that they did not fill it with trash and that it was the fire department.
