Harbor Freight is a great place for all your tool needs.Theirs a good variety of choices and quality tools to fit your budget.I have purchased a wide range of tools, generators, pumps, tool boxes, and other support equipment for my business and personal needs. You won't get a better deal anywhere.

This review is not about Harbor Freight products - Some of their items are top quality, like their tool chests, and some are cheap quality, really bringing home the old adage "you get what you pay for". This review is about their sales staff, particularly an older woman at the sales register. Every customer is asked for their phone number and/or their email address. I was behind an older couple who freely gave out that information for everyone on line to have heard. What could an identity thief do with someone's phone number AND their email address? This information should be PRIVATE, period. No clerk has the right to ask someone to expose their private information when others can readily hear and copy such if they wanted to. I purchased a Braun light from this store, and the same salesperson asked me if I wanted an (additional cost) extended warranty, as the warranty on the light was for "only" ninety days. I replied no, and was essentially admonished for not wanting to "protect my investment" and again reminded that any warranty was only for ninety days. Harbor Freight obviously encourages their sales people to push for personal information, to push extended warranties, etc., but this benefits Harbor Freight, NOT their customers. Why people freely give out phone numbers when asked is beyond me, but giving out an email address in front of perfect strangers is irresponsible, and asking for such even more so.

If you want terrible help and being ignored go ahead go here. If not go elsewhere.

I love this place just to walk around. I buy little stuff there. The Value for the stuff you might need is good, but if you want to get something that's going to last ,you might want to go to a hardware store. Otherwise the tools and stuff are adequate

It's fully stocked, and employees there are actively working. Haven't seen a full working force anywhere else put there.

Lots of tools to get the job done. The tools may not last as long as the big box stores but for us DIYERs they will be fine.
