Love Hobby Lobby. Clean store, well organized. Fully staffed always knowledgeable regarding location of item your looking for. Prices are great, and a lot of the stuff isn't sold elsewhere.

My Sister and I shopped at the Hobby Lobby Middletown ,NY location. We met a wonderful young saleswoman named Karielle. This young lady was so nice and so helpful. She went out of her way to help us find what we were looking for.
All the while, she made helpful suggestions and was truly interested in her job and making us happy. I think her attitude in life will take her far. I hope her enthusiasm is recognized. Win Win for us all. I wish all salespeople could be like Karielle. Great store by the way.

The store is full of arts and crafts stuff. Hot glue guns hot and not so hot guns to use on plastic, who knew.

Honestly…just go to At Home or Home Goods
I try to shop here because they have Christian beliefs, but apparently that means treating your customers like trash.
I went to purchase several items ALL in an area that said “wall decor 50% off”
At the register I was informed that the items were all full price and if I read the price tag I would have seen that the tag says gift and that’s excluded.
If the items were excluded why did an employee tell me they were 50% off?
If the items were excluded why were they on a wall with marketing that says all wall decor 50% off?
The employee also told me the items weren’t wall decor…I’ll post a picture and someone can be the judge for me.
I called corporate after I asked to speak with the manager on duty and over the open walkie she said “no I won’t be going up there to speak with her.”
Corporate told me “sorry to keep it fair for all customers we aren’t going to honor anything for you. Next time read the ads”
Terrible service and terrible response.
