I recently ordered a gas oven range with this Home Depot. I paid for the delivery/installation and haul away of my old range. Upon delivery they shut off the heating to the entire house. Why would that happen? I called them to remedy the situation but instead they pushed responsibility to the delivery company (which is an affiliate of Home Depot anyway?) and the delivery company of course says it’s Home Depot’s responsibility to fix. They finally agree to come but much later. It’s in the 40s and the house has been without heat for 5 days now. What a mess! I would never recommend such a company to anyone and regret not going with a company with better customer service.

I ordered a gardening cart Feb 9th in the store special order and paid in full. I received texts from Home Depot then a call that the cart arrived and they were putting together. I went to pickup and to my surprise was not what I ordered. The store assistant manager said that the item was unavailable and offered nothing. No discount just take it or leave it as did customer service. I am now shopping for a new cart elsewhere. Beware of what you buy on line at Home Depot!

We just left and I cannot tell you how angry I am! We went to get a 5.2 deep freezer and the 3 men in appliance said they would take it down off the shelf and bring it u to the front registers. 20 minutes go by and the girl at the register called and no one bothered to get it down OR even tell us. The manager didn't seem to help either. I've never seen such bad customer service in my life. You just lost a $169 sale! This is why I told my husband to go to Lowe's. Never again Home Depot. Never again

Was in today, it's getting warmer out so we decided to take advantage of grabbing some soil, mulch and trees. I'm not sure of the gentleman's name who was in the nursery but he was very helpful. We came when in was overcast out and it started to rain, he continued to help us with a smile as he got wet. We shopped the store for some supplies and returned to the nursery to check out and the cashier already had our stuff ready, wrung up. She was on top of it! Great seeing a team work hard together.

We have been redoing our full bathroom and purchased all our supplies from this Home Depot. The employees are always very friendly, they offer help often without being overbearing, and a few have even begun to recognize us and greet us due to our many visits over the last couple of months. We utilized the van rental to take home some sheetrock and larger items that wouldn't fit in our cars, and that was also a very easiy, pleasant and smooth process. We did have one very frustrating experience specific to the website - we ordered a toilet to have shipped to the store, as they don't carry the color we needed in store. Nearly a month ago the first toilet we ordered arrived but was damaged upon bringing it up to us to take. Employees were apologetic and immediately reordered it for us. Unfortunately, the computer systems for the website and the actual stores are not linked - the toilet we ordered went out of stock and absolutely no communication was made to us or the store, we would never have known had we not shown up frustrated wondering where it was over a week later. At this point, our contractor had long since been ready to install said toilet so our whole project was behind. I canceled my order, and upon realizing the color/style I needed was not available via any other retailer for even remotely the same price, I ordered another through HD site to store. Although we were promised a pick up date no later than 4/26, the tracking information was super confusing and incorrect, and the toilet also ended up being late. We did however end up acquiring this one, almost a month after the first one was damaged. The assistant manager was extremely cooperative and apologetic and helped me out by taking nearly $50 off for my troubles and made sure I knew to find him if we had any other issues. The HD website and the lack of consistency between computer systems/inventory within the stores and online need a lot of work if this retailer wants a site to store program - our experience simply should not have happened. But I'm very pleased with the level of customer service in this store itself. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is I feel the organization of some aisles could really be improved. The aisles look neat but if for instance you're in the plumbing aisle looking for a specific small piece, good luck - the boxes rarely contain exactly what they're labeled as. I'm sure it's not easy to keep these perfectly organized but I stood there for nearly 35 minutes one day going box by box looking for one smallish pipe connection and the box it should have been in was the last place I needed to be looking to find it. That's frustrating and something that could somewhat easily be fixed to make a smoother shopping experience.

Has so many helpful workers knowleadgable about galvanized wires, and drilling into cement walls. Also got tips on making a cardboard jig to angle my drill correctly for the nail. Really cannot get this variety of products and service in the city where the clientele do not do a lot of backyard work.

This location is poorly staffed and the few that are around can barely assist. Most employees are lacking knowledge and experience. Customers wait around for assistance and supervisors are never around. There needs to be an increase in customer service and staff that can help load merchandise purchased. Im dissatisfied with my experience shopping at this location.

I would like to express my gratitude to Joe and Rich who went out of their way to find me an outdoor timer plug thing that was in the Black Friday circular..They were unable to find it while I was at the store but Joe went out of his way to take my phone number down and promised to call me when they did..no sooner did I leave the store they called to let me know they put one behind the customer service desk for me to pick up..I did also speak to AL the manager saying how impressed with Joe and Rich... everyone in the store was extremely helpful

I was at home depot yesterday and I had a very bad experience. I came in for two black and yellow 27 gallon storage bins. There were only bottoms no lids.
