Home2 Suites by Hilton Middletown is a very nice hotel with a pleasant and super friendly staff, described as amazing and outgoing. The check-in process is very efficient. The hotel is affordable and in a convenient, nice central location close to Legoland, shopping malls, and nearby restaurants. The rooms are generally clean, spacious, and overall clean, with a very useful kitchen. The breakfast selection is good, though some find it average and nothing special. Amenities include a pool that is just right for kids and board games, though the Xbox and TV channels sometimes are not working. Some rooms lack conditioner and comfort, with furniture like the sofa noted as old. Noise from other guests can sometimes be an issue, but staff are responsive when contacted. There have been instances of a fire alarm going off, including a false alarm and an early morning alarm that caused disruption. Parking is not ideal for trucks or large SUVs. Overall, it is considered a good choice for an average stay.
Very nice hotel with pleasant staff. The Xbox wasn't working when I went which was a disappointment for my kids :( but they had other board games to enjoy. The fire bit was comforting at night. And the pool was just right for my kids. Overall a pleasant stay.

What can I say? I love this place! It is open, airy, and inviting! The staff is nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love the free breakfast and the choices they provide. The breakfast staff was top-notch! I mean, everything about this place is perfect! I cannot wait to stay here again.
