H&R Block has been doing a great job for me the last 2 years. Especially Howard in the Middletown office. Had a accountant for 20 years previously, took him weeks, H&R does in hours.

Had a horrible experience this year with them. The person attending barely spoke english and i didnt get what i was expecting when she was done. To then later find out i was getting even less because she didnt insert the information correctly. Horrible experience and i will never do my taxes at H&R block

I had an appointment scheduled in January for February . They changed my spot a week before to new time. I went and waited 35 minutes just to be told preparer was not there and it would be at least 30 minutes more if/when she would show up! I was upset and said that customer service was awful. Receptionist wanted me to leave paperwork! I protested and said I could not trust them with papers since they were inept at scheduling! I will do taxes on line myself ! Awful service!! So unprofessional!
