They have seen all stages of our family from being pregnant, bringing my son at 2 months to visit and now hes 4 and goes in to chit chat about animals with the girls. They watched my daughter go from being pregnant to a grieving mom who lost her son, my grandson. They offered so much support during our extremely difficult time. We love these ladies so much.. not only are they personally invested in having quality relationships with their customers but their knowledge on their products is top tier and they have such a large variety of products. “I came in based on good reviews to have a ring resized. There was only a day or two before I needed it, this had to be a fast job so I was worried. Also the ring was sentimental and the people I worked with needed to be trustworthy.
When I dropped the ring off I had a very friendly interaction with the staff there. They must be family because that's the type of love they display for their business and their customers. I dropped the ring off with them hoping I would be able to get it in time for when I needed it.
The next day, I got a call while I was working and the woman I left the ring with explained it was done and ready for pickup. That was very fast I was expecting at least a few days!
I was unable to make it out to the shop until another day went by and they held my ring for me. When I got there and picked it up it was more beautiful than I've ever seen it. They cleaned it up and I'm really impressed with the craftsmanship and result. The prices are reasonable, the staff is kind, this is the place to go in the area for your jewelry needs. Avoid big names, support small business, meet people like these and get good work done. Thank you and God bless!”
“I love this shop. It’s got some metaphysical items, Asian culture items, and even native stuff! It is a little bit pricey. The employees are insanely nice! They usually have a good selection of on sale items, and they have a lot of gemstones and Crystals, which Are somewhat expensive. They have different brands of packaged stones and gems, not sure which are real and which aren’t.”
