As a business manager, I understand the importance of positive reviews. We just left Kay's and I can't express enough how fantastic the experience was. We were looking for a very special and meaningful birthday gift for a family member, and had already left 2 other jewelers empty handed. Sherrie and Dan were absolutely phenomenal: their collective knowledge, patience, and genuine interest in client satisfaction meant all the difference. I have never seen a business like this place. My daughter got engagement ring from her boyfriend of seven years. She was so excited to be getting engaged. Her boyfriend bought her a $5,000 - $6,000 engagement ring from this shop. She was so happy. In 3 to 4 months the setting cracks on the top which in itself is ridiculous for a ring of that value. Her boyfriend brings back the ring and they decide to fix it instead of replacing it with another setting. So ok they send it out to get fixed meanwhile there's engagement party and noone gets to see the ring. Takes weeks to come back her boyfriend gets a call to pick it up. he goes to pick it up and the ring is still cracked. My daughter is so sad when this should be a very exciting time of her life not to mention the embarrassment she had to face at engagement party. when she called management they not only had no apology they were out right rude. This ring was not cheap and they should have did everything they could to make it right for her. if its fixed it will most likely crack again but they wont make it right. I would not recommend this store to anyone trying to have a special engagement because it can ruin a very exciting time in their lives.

My husband purchased my bridal set online but we had to go to the store to ask questions and the ladies there were so helpful and nice. Answered all of our questions and gave us good advice.

was honestly very disappointed, my boyfriend had bought me a ring for christmas, and it was too big for me. they told me they only have size 7s in store, which not everyone is a size 7… a few days later we go to get it resized and they charged us $80.00 for a resize.. this is probably the 4th time my boyfriend bought me a ring and this was the first time from kay’s and the first time i’ve ever been charged for a resize. so if you’re not a size 7 i would recommend going somewhere else or ordering your size online.

My partner got me a necklace for $200 which they said was diamond. Even says diamond on the receipt. I went to go pawn it today, and I found out it was SILVER. Absolutely ridiculous for the people at Kay’s to do this to us…

My fiance and I came into Kay Jewelers in the Galleria at Crystal Run, hoping to find a ring that we both would be very happy with. After being told that our specifications were far too detailed, the manager confronted us with additional questions. He asked me why the particular colors I had chosen meant so much to me. I turned to my fiance, and that is when he told me "Don't look at him. I'm asking you." I am not pleased with having been spoken to that way. It is rude and highly unprofessional! On a side note, the colors that I requested were pale pink and yellow. Needless to say, I will not be returning....
