My cashier Ashley was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with warm smile and helped me with my check out. Go to her when you need help. She’s usually at guest services at your help I think it’s called. Keep up great work. I pray this doesn’t go under like all retail stores are these days ?

I went to JC Penneys for a suit like I done my whole life,,, there was NO ONE there to help, the one fitting room was on opposite end of store, and my frustration brought me to Macy's! While there I was helped by a kind young man names Ameer in the Men's department! I can't say enough about this young man that will do the justice to the happiness I felt when I left! Ameer was VERY helpful! Measured my neck, and get this "Went in the back and found the shirt I needed"! How often you get that anymore? So kind and helpful! This young man was the best representative of any store I ever came across! I tried to find a manager to pass this along, but it was close to closing! I hope his Superiors see this so he get's the recognition he so very well deserves!!! Thank you Ameer! I will definitely shop there more often!
