I didn’t get his name (wish I did) but when my boyfriend and me were college shopping we forgot to grab a cart. My boyfriend had his hands full and this nice gentleman who works at Marshalls brought us a cart!!! He went out of his way to do that and he was so kind. I really wish I got his name so I can put it here. Marshalls you have some good employees at this location!!!

I returned two baby onsie sets that I bought together. I removed the tags thinking they would fit the baby and unfortunately did not so I had to return them. I had the receipt and two tags from the big purchase(it was all gifts) so I could have confused the tags. One went through fine but the other did not. Instead of asking me if I had other tags, they assumed I put two separate onsies together and called it a set. The associate told me she would refund me for one set and one onesie and gave me the other onesie. I told her but if I bought the set together how come they’re from different brands as they say. She said “it doesn’t matter you’re still getting the same price”. I responded with “that’s fine” and she said “yea that’s what I said”. I was surprised with the attitude she said this in. I told her that is no way to talk to people. I was not bothered about the money but in the fact that they sold me a set that I didn’t even realize wasn’t supposed to be a set and their accusation. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had someone talk to me like this. Just check any sets you buy are the same brand before you get the same disrespect for something they did.

The store was set up well.It was the bathroom that I wasn't happy with. It smelled bad, and I went into the stall not knowing that there was no toilet paper. (The woman who was in there before me didn't bother to warn me), so I had to use tissues from my purse! Also, two of the soap dispensers were empty, and the other only had a little bit of soap left.
