The lady sold me a phone under her friend's name .and when I caught it she hacked in my account and changed my name. Not a good place at all Manger did not fire her. A year later this woman still works here 2022

I went in to inquire about a new phone coming out from Samsung. Nikolina helped me right away, answered all my questions and was really patient. The store had 3 other people being helped and the employees were on there A-Game ! I definitely will be coming back, I felt comfortable knowing that anything or any transaction I make here will go smooth and be correct.Also the store was clean, organized and well taken care of,,, I have no complaints at all, I will be back, Thanks to everyone from management on down to associates,,, Thank You ?????

Not a good experience at all, I need a SIM card and I walk into the store to purchase the SIM card, there’s a gentleman being attended the guy behind the counter ask me what I needed I said a SIM card he said what you need a SIM card for, I answered i answered I just need a SIM card. The guy says to me you’ll have to wait 15 minutes the system is down ? now I’m confused ? I know that no one have to wait to purchase a SIM card. I call my daughter to purchase the SIM card in Poughkeepsie the guy says yeah that’s your best bet. I looked at him and said I don’t understand why I have to wait the young lady that works here sells me the SIM card with no hesitation and no questions. As I am walking out he try’s to call me back but at that point I’m frustrated I’m trying to get my daughter her SIM card. I just kept walking out. Unprofessional and not a good feeling to wait over 15 minutes just for a SIM card. Not cool at all!!!

Posted store hours are 11 AM on Sunday (edit sent to Google because management doesn't know how to post hours here), but it is 11:34 and they are still locked up tight. Two of us are heading out to find new places to buy phones now. EDIT: I went back when they were open. Good service, upgrading a star.
