Walk to old navy after a long day of work with my daughter(4yo), who needed the bathroom as we were shopping, kindly ask permission to use the restroom and a kind lady at register help us.
Almost done with shopping another person that works there asks me how did I get in the bathroom and I proceeded to tell her a lady helped us opening for us, to what she says no, nobody helped me cus she didn’t see anyone doing it, back and forward the same thing and then ask me who did it, because again she didn’t saw anybody, and ppl stared staring at me I was like check the cameras I didn’t wanted to get anyone in trouble, specially because she let my daughter use the bathroom I just felt overwhelmed and she was like how did you get the code cus is not only use for the bathroom and I was too much just left without the stuffs I was getting.
Very disappointed. /:
I go to that store all the time not to get treated like that. I’m in tears writing this. :(

Very disappointed in return and price exchange policy. Spent lots of money on Spring work clothes, a month and a week later, when weather is finally nice enough to wear the clothes, some clothes don’t fit right. So I wanted to return some things. I went online and noticed some things were on sale. So I went into the store and was told the receipt is not valid because it’s only good for 30 days. Yes, it says 30 days for returns on the receipt. Most stores these days allow 90 days. How can I buy clothes for the upcoming season if I can’t return or exchange anything if needed?
I like some of their clothes, but honestly this company is not going in the direction of style I like.
Never again unless they change.
Cashier was friendly at first, but didn’t want to call manager. Didn’t seem to care.

I absolutely dread going to this location because of one employee, her name is Denise and she makes the trip here miserable. I have gone out my way to avoid checking out with her because she always makes rude comments. I wanted to try and use a coupon and she says to me "It's only $8" and she makes a comment like this every time I've gone to checkout. If you come here, I would just avoid any interaction with her, she is insufferable.

The store closes at 8pm, per hours posted both online and on the front door, yet employees lock the doors at least 20 minutes prior to closing. A month ago I came at 7:39pm and the doors were locked, I figured it was a fluke. Last night I went at 7:42pm to do a quick return and again doors were already locked. Employees seem to take it upon themselves to decide when to close the store despite the hours that are posted.

Went here because my mother ordered me some jeans that wasn’t my style. Had no idea how much she paid for them, so I went to the registers first to exchange to a merchandise credit or something. Ik it’s holiday season so theft is a concern but I did not like how that cashier handled things. Only register open and about 5 people on line before I joined. she could of been over ringing people up but she did not listen to my request at all. I said I’d like to exchange, my mother ordered these jeans( I think that’s where I messed up) immediately she responds saying “oh a return!” I say “umm sure, but then can you put the Money on merchandise credit cause I’m literally gonna shop after this” ( like i didn't literally just say I wanted to exchange) she goes “oh sure….. oops! looks like I can only return cause it was purchased via paypal…..sorrrryyy :( I’d say take jeans back back but…..” and trails off and gives no real reason why she cant give me my jeans back. Part of me wanted to give her my id so she could see that I’m not a porch pirate stealing packages and returning them, but then I remembered I no longer live in Middletown and will never be going there again. Super bummed I didn’t get my jeans all I wanted was straight legged instead of skinny. Maybe listen to your costumers better than trying to rush through a transaction? you lost some money that day. And I say this as someone who’s worked in retail and for this company. Best believe I called my mother as well. She won’t be going there either.

I had ordered two pair of linen pants online—one with blue stripes, one with light tan stripes. Old Navy sent two of the blue striped ones. I had to go to the store, 30 miles away to return the duplicate. They credited my account but had none of the missing pants. The staff was very nice but their stock was low and I’m disappointed not to have received the promised item and unhappy to have to drive to return the wrong ones.

Competitive prices, kids section was a bit smaller than most other Old Navy's ( might have larger section online), and the cashiers moved a bit slower as well. But overall, it was a good shopping experience.

Their prices are marked with a discount and whenever one gets to the register, you get overcharged. If you can’t go back, your money is lost
