First got my unit in 2012, the rate was $125 a month. My current rate is $323 a month. It seems at least twice a year recently the rent just goes up and up with little to no changes to the units at all. To anyone looking for a storage unit for long time id highly recommend price shopping as you can 100% a drastic increase in a short time

I have used this place on and off for years, but the new manager Tim is the best guy they’ve had in there. Don’t go to anybody but Tim if you need storage, great guy to work with!

Constant rent increase, for horrible units. If you are looking for a storage unit, go to columbia storage, they are better priced and better units then this place. This place was way better when
Stephanie was running it.

If I could give a zero star, I would. You expect me to pay a late fee when there's no one to answer the calls, and there is no one at the office when I go there. I don't have keys to get to my unit since the doors were changed and you expect me to pay for my rent every month, that's very unprofessional.
Does the manager even listen to the voicemails being left?
