Came without an appt. They took me right away. Had great conversation. I got a fill in. I took off one star for the fact that I didn’t get the hot towel treatment, they didn’t apply base coat nor did I get lotion on my hands or oil on my cuticles. I paid $50 plus a $10 tip.

Worse place ever. I got a full gel set and paid $90 for it. It definitely was not with $90 but I didn’t complain because I pay for quality nails. Within a day of getting them done 3 nails broke. I called they did them over no problem. 2 days later 2 more nails now on the other hand are broken. I use to come here years ago but they fell off so I stopped. I usually go to my nail tech but she was all booked and I wanted my nails done for my bday. This is what I get for going somewhere else. This was definitely not worth $90.

I love Professionail! I have been a customer for 8years + and will never go anywhere else! The owners sense of humor is unique and very welcoming, as well as everyone else. I definitely feel at home and so does my 7 year old daughter, she loves coming here ! In addition, they have lollipops for the kiddos ! I always love my nails and have never been disappointed, I always get exactly what I want and better! My nails and toes are always on point! The nail polish nor design have never come off no matter what I do, even after yard work my nails remain intact! They truly take their time and I’m one picky girl when it comes to my shape/design! 100% recommended!
Requested style: Anything! They make it happen.
Specialties: I get my eyebrows done here as well :)
Cleanliness: Super clean! They bleach the feet tub in front of you.
Stylist: Amazing! As always!

I’ve been coming to this establishment for about 4-5 years and always had the same value of care and work! Kathy is so sweet and listens to whatever you want, perfectly duplicates any design you show her from Pinterest she’s amazing and just makes my experience a comfortable and joyful one! Her husband Eric is so funny and takes all of his customers concerns seriously and deals with care. Her husband Eric is also the G.O.A.T his shapes are immaculate and he can do whatever design you want as well! They play very eclectic music from edm dub step, to RNB and POP. Very welcoming atmosphere! If you’re in the Hudson Valley Area this is the place to be! Come for an experience you will not forget! Support your local businesses!

Well after having tried numerous and I mean numerous nail salons. I believe I have finally found my nail salon! Thank God! Ladies I know you know finding a great nail salon is like finding an amazing hairstylist. Far and few in between. But just as I was about to give up, my hairstylist referred me to her nail salon she goes to. Andddd I'm sooo glad I tried it out. Kathy is amazing! Listened to what I wanted and gave me just that! I love my nails! You can also get a great pedicure too! So a one stop shop that you will not regret. Hidden in a shopping center, you would never think like they do great nails. But believe me they do! Go check it out!

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I didn’t get to schedule with Eric because he was crazy booked. BUT I was ok seeing whoever (because I’m trying a new place) Macy did an amazing job, she was so gentle and her work was amazing. This is the first time I got a French manicure and was 100% pleased.
