The place is always dirty bathrooms are a mess . Garage was on a shelf next to the door when you come in and the next day it was still there no one cleaned it. Alot of the time cashier are rude to Customers

My son ordered a large mac&cheese with extra mac&cheese and cheddar cheese for lunch before he went to work. When he got to the car he released that he didn't get exactly what he ordered but had to get to work. So I went back and ask with pictures of what they gave him and was told that he had got what he ordered. But the person behind the food counter didn't even look that closely at the pictures. My son paid for a large got a regular size and they wouldn't acknowledge the mistake. The person behind the counter needs to be retrained in customer service. I told my son not to go back to this Quick Chek.

Car entrance is a bit difficult to find but otherwise this is a good and busy gas station and convenient store.

Location has gone downhill, bathroom dirty , coffee old and several empty, sidewalks dirty , first time I’ve visited a Quickchek and did not make a food purchase, went another convenience store and got coffee

Quick Chek has the best hot chocolate around!! I love their sandwiches and they have some great deals. Their mobile app sucks though. Today I ordered a sandwich on the app, couldn't pay for it on the app. I went to get it at the deli they wouldn't give it to me until I paid. However the app wasn't working correctly so the checkout girl couldn't ring me up. So something that is supposed to be easy, save time and be convenient it was not!! Surprisingly today their soda machine and hot chocolate machine was out of order too which is surprising, but it was working on getting fixed while I was there waiting for them to figure out what to do with my order.

Place is down right failing. New owners obviously don't know how to run a clean, neat, friendly business. Nothing like the previous way of operations. So sad, because this place was our go to location. The 211 & Goshen locationsputs this one to shame....what's going on?

Restroom for men is always a mess. Meaning disgusting piss everywhere never fails. I didn't have time to take a video. Next time I have a work project. I will assure to take a video. Also never any water to wipe windshields but keep in mind they supply the squeegee.

The restrooms both men and women stated out order but a staff member was clearly using the women’s restroom. Will go elsewhere for gas, etc.

I really appreciate the outstanding job that the employee by the name of Haylee who makes my sandwiches perfectly and always go the extra mile for me she is always pleasant and courteous to me. And I appreciate the check out employee name Tione at check out who always sweet and pleasant to talk to. These two employees always make my visit a memorable and pleasure to go the Middletown Quick check. Thank you guys for always being extra helpful.

The bathrooms were incredibly disgusting. Absolutely the worst I have seen in any gas station. The men's restroom was completely unusable. I really don't enjoy leaving negative reviews but this is a public health and safety issue as they do serve hot food here and these are the only restrooms so I can only imagine that the same employees that are making the food are using these restrooms.
