We’re a small business, we have two trucks. We brought one to them Monday morning with minor problems RUNNING - Literally left it idling in the road so they could pull it in to the shop. It’s now Wednesday, had to have it towed out of there. It’s totally dead now, pretty sure they blew our motor. Had to have it brought back to our shop on a flatbed and they basically said oh well and they’re not doing anything about it. Do NOT bring your vehicles here. In 48 hours, this shop has destroyed our truck and will most likely cost us thousands to fix.

I am going on day 11 waiting for my car to be inspected! My appointment was for August 3rd 10am. It is now August 13th 1pm and still not touched! I have been promised several different times that it would be done. And now I cannot get a return phone call. I am so upset at the money lost paying for a vehicle I cannot drive. Not to mention the emotional stress and anxiety trying to just get my family’s necessities. I completely understand being behind but this is insane! I actually had a really great experience with this company before and so did my mother but I am at a total loss with this current situation! Also just to be clear that I am aware of the device installed in my vehicle and was upfront about it when making the appointment so I would hope that if that is the issue for not inspecting my car I would have been told 3 weeks ago. I would also like to add that I’m personally hurt by how this entire situation has played out and left me car less and in debt. But most of all I really trusted this place and now I don’t know what to do! Because they are familiar with my vehicle and know my family I felt safe. I’m literally physically ill.*** update *** Today is August 22nd and I have been completely ignored! Never a return phone call and obviously I never received the inspection even though I had a appointment and was told on several occasions it would be done. I now after wasting nearly a month am forced to go elsewhere. I suppose that was their goal to begin with. My question is, if inspecting my car was a issue why not just tell me upfront?!? I would have rather been told in the beginning that due to a device installed in my vehicle it is a problem. I will never understand why I was treated like a high school girl that just got dumped! In 44 years not only have I never experienced treatment like this from a company but I don’t even know anyone who has ! It was so far out there and completely absurd behavior on Sierras part! Never Again! Do NOT Recommend!!!

Don't go their first thing in the morning when they open for an impound they will still make you pay for the day and charge you sales tax...and make you pay even when the tow guy said there not open on the weekends..he lied they are open on Saturday ...Im going to check all this out from my lawyer and ask about that sales tax... didn't buy anything they didn't work on anything but I still got taxed...I not being nasty just trying to understand!!!!sales tax wow..I will be checking that out...I might have to report them NOT TO MIDDLETOWN..TO THE BETTER BUISNES BUREAU... I'M GOING TO...MIDDLETOWN WON'T DO NOTHIN.....BUT THE STATE OF N.Y. WILL.....I DON'T PLAY WHAT I SAY I DO...........
