Tyrese was very polite and patient when it came to me making an irrational decision to upgrade my first generation Apple Watch. He explained every detail about the watch itself and the changes that would be made to my bill. Thank Tyrese for your GREAT customer service!!!

Tyrese is amazing! He spent 2 hrs with me and my daughter and we had great conversations. He was very informative and answered all the questions we had. He had a smile the whole time and was very patient. He made the whole experience much more enjoyable than it otherwise would have been.

I wish there was 0. Lied about everything with my plan, activation fees, one time payments, trade in amounts, promotion amounts.Theives and just wanna sell you more to get more commission. Have no knowledge. DO NOT GO HERE. GET ANY OTHER CELL SERVICE.

If I could give zero I would. All employees were sitting outside the store smelling of weed and refused to even help me without even going in the store. Was having no service on my phone and they did not even get up from their lawn chairs outside when I asked if they could check if there is an outage in the area. Went to nearby store who said they could have helped if they chose to, but obviously they didn't. Considering switching plans entirely as there was an emergency and could not use cell phone in my home. Third party store or not your employees should not be high and refusing service without even pulling up your account or getting up from an outside chair... Looking for a way to report to their boss.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. Unknowledgeable staff, lazy managers and very obnoxious. I will never step foot in the store again. To top it off the store’s A/C broke and has not been fixed in two weeks. Unacceptable!

Tabitha was excellent...she helped us with exactly what we came for and then some...and when I had to call her to fix something on my account a week later, she got right on it and fixed the problem and made sure she contacted me as soon as it was fixed...so if you stop in this place just ask for her, no matter what it may be she can help...and she got me the best plan (love to save as much money as I can)

Marvin handled our account and did an excellent job. Explained everything clearly. Made the long process pleasant and everything worked well when we left.The staff as a hole was great.

If I could give O starts I would ! Worst worst customer service I have ever had. I add a line, Store manager has the lowest grade of professionalism and customer service. Play his cell phone all the time, others server doesn't know how to do, he only give simple advice, From the moment upon entering the store he was unwelcoming and unwilling to help. He had no interest in explaining.ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!

It needs technicians that know what they are doing.The technician that they have don’t know anything my phone didn’t turn on and they couldn’t help me they said I had to call Apple then I went to Best Buy the geek squad and fixed it with no problem in less then 5 min

Lorrean, Justin, and Marvin were a great and welcoming help to me yesterday! I've been struggling for the past few days with getting a new s22+, but Lorrean patiently worked with me and helped me gain a better understanding of the process while he ordered my phone. For an employee who was said to have been off of work for some time, his professionalism made me feel valued as a customer ??

Horrible customer service. Came in and it's been 40 minutes and counting. Noone said hello or bothered to say we'll be with you shortly. 4 employees, 2 walking around. Furious is an understatement.?
