I went there for the first time one week ago. I used their payment machine to get a card to use for the machines. I paid $15 and did not receive the card. I told the employee, who was very kind and wanted to help, who had to call the manager, Nancy. Nancy said it would be refunded as it was only “pending” under my credit card. After trying to get something saying I would be refunded if it went through, I was told the credit card transaction was proof enough. I never received a refund and have to go through my credit card company to dispute it. As I was leaving, I saw the same thing happen to another individual. It’s the principle of the matter, and lack of care, that caused me to write this review.

ONE OF THE NICEST! I travel fulltime & this is one of the nicer facilities. Clean & reasonable prices. Driers worked great!

Worst place ever very pricey but that was ok...worker got their laundry filled up in a bunch machines I'm thinking is she doin side jobs. Y use so many...still ok got it in like 730 ish went to wash car came back felt a lil rushed...eh still ok then bout 845ish I come back in again...laundry still not dry...definitely feeling pushed n rushed now..."dont u close at ten though" I say very politely... "well, whenever the last wash is done..." -meaning me as I'm last 1 there. "....so yeah I cant leave until thats done.." no addendum to that there! No "...but take your time hun..." STILL OK cause hey u never know what she's dealing with at home or going to another job(possibly delivering the laundry she's got in 5 or 6 machines- but hey no gutter thoughts maybe she's washing clothes for the homeless..? All of em!! So I hurry up n leave a little damp. 2nd time 8:36 at the doors in pouring rain im met with "oh no no last wash has to be in by 830".... "hmmm but dont u close at 10" i say while getting soaked..."yes but the last wash has to be in by te...." "ok thank u" -needless to say the previous excursions loads(of the employees) running at 915 -930(while my load drying was 'holding her up')was ABSOLUTELY NOT for the homeless...that might infringe on someone's smoke break.

I like doing my laundry here. The staff are patient and kind. I appreciate all they do to have the place clean and running well.

Very clean and well kept. Plenty of machines of all sizes. Bright and cheery atmosphere, with tables and chairs to sit at while you wait. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

I had a comforter washed and I pre paid for it. When I went to get my comforter in 32 days it was not there! They told me they were not responsible after 30 days. They also insisted I already picked up, which I DID NOT. Not very nice customer service.
BTW I had the ticket and my paid receipt for the comforter

A bit pricey but the staff is very friendly/helpful and the laundromat is very clean so that kind of makes up for it.

Clean and friendly employee, drop off service awesome would recommend ,the employee is doing a good job keeping this place clean ,enjoy doing my laundry at this location ,ice cream next-door kids love it ,,be coming back soon keep up the good work

Zero stars!!Place is a mess ever since dawn left!!Rude employees never any washers or dryers for customers because the employees leave their drops offs in it for hours !!Employee told me I had to wait for washers while they were all done because she was too busy smoking cigarettes!!!Used to be my favorite laundry Matt but now oh no I feel uncomfortable in that place!!Employees making fun of customers and customers with disabilities!!!I wouldn’t recommend!!!!
