Love everything about this bank. Stephany, Tamara and the rest of the staff are caring, considerate and lovely human beings. I highly recommend this branch to anyone who misses the old days of personalized banking and the staff knowing your name when you walk in the door.

I am old school and the girls helped me to get the app and installed it for me. They are pleasant and polite. Any questions or problems they are there to fix my mess. LOL. THX

I decided to use TEG for a my new car as they were slightly cheaper then Ford Financial - this turned out to be a big mistake.Sadly, they don't have any customer service (expect to wait on hold 45 plus minutes until you get disconnected), phone agents aren't problem solvers. Finally, their online portal is exceptionally limited. Making paying online is hit or miss. You are forced to visit a branch to facilitate a rather basic transaction.#TEG doesn't deserve your business!

I don’t know why I never write this review a long time ago. I’ve been with TEG for about 2 years now specifically only the Crystal Run branch and I don’t want to do business with anyone else. First and foremost Amanda Stokes is the ONLY person I will ever work with. She completely deserves the position as assistant branch manager 1000% she’s helped me with my first auto loan, my second auto loan, and personal loans. She opened my bank accounts and helped with budgeting as much as she can, giving advice that has helped so much and I couldn’t be more appreciative than I am now. I recommend all of my family and friends to this branch and to Amanda, just don’t overbook her so much that I can’t get to her lol . Thank you for everything TEG family!

Upon having all my cards lost/stolen, TEG was the only bank that didnt cancel/reissue in the same step. I went through the whole process of getting it canceled for the automation to tell me to call TEG for a replacement. I called, she said i could get it in the mail or in person, noting no difference other than wait time. I went in, they were good about me not having my current ID but then they were the only financial institution i hadta do this process with that charged me $5 for my first ever replacement card. When i mentioned it to the lady she said "well they gave you one when you opened your account right"

The customer service isn’t very good. If you plan on calling them for anything make sure your prepared to wait over an hour before you speak to a representative. They won’t give out your member number over the phone or through email they told me I had to come in to their nearest branch to get a piece of paper with my member number written on it. So I asked them to send it to me in the mail. I waited for over a month then I called them back to ask why I haven’t received it yet they said they never sent it. Then they sent it again and I finally received it. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I financed my motorcycle through them but will be going in to pay it off soon so I don’t have to deal with them. My current bank Hudson valley federal credit union is definitely way better I would recommend that one instead.
