I went in for a rare treat for myself,asked for a spa pedicure. There were plenty of open seats and staff not busy. I was in the chair for about 20 minutes when it started to get very crowded. That's when one of the bosses came over and said something to the nail tech and she rushed through putting the polish on (didn't do a great job) and left me to start someone else. Didn't get any massage and skimped on some of the other stuff I was supposed to get in a spa pedicure. So I paid $45 for a crappy pedicure. It's really upsetting that they treat their customers this way.

Recieved a gel manicure, $30 plus tip. Lasted 2 days. I will not return. Dont waste your time & $$. Also everyone speaks Chinese and you can not understand anyone.

I have been a client at Top Nail since it opened in the 90s! While the owner changed from one sister to another and I have had several different nail techs in that time, I'm still happy with the service! I love my nail tech Tiffany, she is always accommodating and helpful and does a wonderful job on my nails and toes!!

Third times a charm š„°, been a very long time since Iāve gotten my nails done, last two months been to two different nail salons and both times havenāt been great, came to Top Nails from some recommendations and very happy I did, Nancy did her thing nails came out beautifully, she reshaped them and pointed out some things that was wrong with the gels I had on and why I wasnāt happy before. Definitely coming back to her now that Iām pampering myself š also she did a great job on my eyebrows

Not even a full 24 hours and lost most of my nails. I had gotten an acrylic set and after I had left I noticed my nails started falling and bending. They didnāt even let my nails dry properly

I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. i wanted a cute color for the summer and just an anchor put on the ring finger for some fun. Told me they couldn't do that if I wasn't getting gel polish so then I changed it and said ok well I don't want gel polish so just do a Frenchabicure and make the tips the color pink I picked. When taking off the prior polish They kept insisting it was gel on my nails which it wasn't and finished my manicure in about 15 minutes. Didn't clean around each nail and when painting my nail I had a French done with a color for the tip instead of white and they didn't clean any of the color they got on my skin around each nail. I am so disappointed and con not believe I paid for this.

This is a nail shop to come to if you need something done quick. Itās a hit or miss. A lot of techs and they get you in and out. Not the best quality. Went in today for an acrylic fill. The tech rushed through the set and did a horrible paint job. I spoke up and requested that another tech fix them. Another tech fixed them and I left satisfied.

I absolutely love this nail spotāitās my go-to for everything! I regularly get gel fills, pedicures, and my eyebrows done here, and Iām always happy with the results. The quality is consistently amazing, and the designs are always exactly what I want. Most recently, I tried their eyelash extensions. While theyāre a bit of a splurge, theyāre so worth itāsuper natural-looking and they last way longer than I expected. The team is friendly, skilled, and really pays attention to detail. I always leave feeling confident. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this salon since they first opened. Iām not difficult, but I am particular about the service I receive. If I have an issue, I address it and it gets resolved, which is what I expect.

this place is not what it used to be. pedicure was rushed, rough and I wasnt even asked what shape I wanted. not worth what I paid. itās also a lot dirtier than I remember. Iām 8 months pregnant and pretty sure I have contact dermatitis or fungal rash from unsanitized tools or cheap nail polish

This has honestly been the most disappointing experience ever while getting my nails done. I came in expecting to have a nice natural gel manicure because my birthday was the next day. I showed pictures of how I expected my nails to be. The man proceeded to take out tips as if I didnāt ask for a gel overlay which I always usually get. Once I told him no, he proceeded to aggressively cut all of my nails off that took me a while to grow. He then put hard gel on my nails and makes it look super bulky which I hate and then charged me $50 as if it were WORTH it. They spoke in their language and the lady behind him said $50 for a gel manicure? Which I understood and he proceeded to laugh and joke with her then asked if I wanted to leave a tip. YOU SHOULD NOT ASK THIS. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS CHOICE. When you ASK it automatically makes people feel pressured to tip you no matter how good or bad the service was which in my case seemed very sloppy and rushed. How unprofessional is this place? Years ago Jenny who seems like she runs the place asked me if I wanted a design and due to my religion I said no thank you I like my nails natural and she proceeded to joke with another tech saying āWhat happen no money?ā Without realizing I was still in the salon then laughed and looked very shocked. Be a little more humble with your business. I spent my hard earned money to come here and feel pampered and to be quite honest itās the dirtiest Iāve ever seen it in a very long time. Definitely lost a customer. Like what the hell is this? Clearly people with no English/education.

John, the man who did my nails, did an amazing job! My nails turned out just like the reference photo and took no more than 30 minutes. Iāll definitely ask for John next time I come!!

When I called in advance to make an appointment & see how much short french nails would be the lady said 55$, when I got my nails done I was charged 65$ & I tipped 10$, I feel as though they had already added the tip now thinking about it, my nails werenāt exactly āhorribleā but when I got home I had to file them myself due to it being bulky and not a clean square shape, she also over flooded my cuticles a little, but anything I asked the nail tech to fix she did, I just wanted to do the filling myself since her shaping wasnāt to my liking.

The worst experience ever. I donāt even have the words to express how disappointed I am in the service at Top Nail. I usually am a regular customer but I will not be back. I expressed, I was unhappy with the service both during and after. My feet should not look worse after getting a pedicure. I did not want acrylics but was given no other choice. I asked for natural using my existing nail. I asked for a different shape however was still given square. They feel bulky and look disgusting in my opinion. Jenny tried to file them down however it did nothing. I was still unhappy. She said āit will be better next time.ā She charged me full price plus an extra 4% on my card. 2 gel pedicures, 1 full set manicure (THAT I DIDNāT WANT) $180 PLUS TIP. Ridiculous is an understatement. I just personally feel like they werenāt listening to me. If I am paying for this, I should be satisfied with the service.
