U-Haul Moving & Storage of Middletown offers everything for local or long-distance moves, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, and self-storage. The indoor storage is great with a large elevator good for getting furniture in and out. Reviews note the experience can be the easiest and quickest of all, with fast friendly service that keeps everything smooth. The location is described as on-point. However, the business needs improvements. The parking lot is a problem, with a lot of U-Haul equipment clogging it up, making it difficult to maneuver larger trucks. Customers cannot get through to them on the phone. For storage, if the rent is late, the unit is locked on the 3rd day before end of business day. One customer had an issue with a hitch ordered online being off, but found the in-person service very fair in price. They had a hitch installed nicely and cleanly, and staff provided clever, helpful assistance with other tasks quickly.
