  I am a competitive power lifter and stumbled onto Rick and his training center while out of town for work looking for a place to get my dynamic effort bench training in. Rick and his son welcomed me in and gave me some invaluable insight and some new movements to incorporate into my training including the RS press. The environment there is amazing and they do a great job implementing the Westside Barbell Conjugate method in training of all types of athletes. They have every piece of equipment and specialty bar you could ever need for strength training for any sport. If you are an athlete of any kind in the area you should definitely be going here for your strength training! Highly recommended!
