I was very impressed with the friendly and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond setting me up with processing shredding, and made the experience pleasant. I would recommend this store for its fantastic and responsive customer service.

I scanned my Amazon return at a little kiosk, it printed my label, I slapped it on my package, dropped it in the box and walked out. So easy!

The most pathetic excuse for a UPS store I’ve ever seen. The employees are absolutely ridiculous and slow. They’re more concerned with eating their lunch at the back table. Yes, you eating the tuna salad on your crackers instead of helping people. They refuse to ship out product in the same manner, it was received when you can see the prior UPS label on there. You may have refreshed the store and gave it a brand new look, but you haven’t changed one thing about the inner operations.

I literally avoid the store in New Windsor to come to this one, the guys that work in this store are fantastic, always nice and always take good care of you! Highly recommend!

This store used to be disgusting and a nightmare I used to complain every single time I had to go. Since the renovation they have very pleasant staff and I have never had to wait nearly as long I hope this remains true!

I walked into this store with an armful of packages to be returned and a bunch of questions. I was going to be in need of assistance and I knew that prior to arriving. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the help of a young man named Christian (I'm unsure if I'm spelling it properly) who was all smiles and had a contagiously positive attitude. It eminated from him and due to that, his energy completely removed my worry and angst as to the questions that I had pertaining to my returns. If more businesses hired young men with attitudes and energy similar to Christian, then the world would be a much better place for us to all handle our business in. The UPS Store should consider themselves lucky to have such a friendly and diligent person working for them. I am wholly impressed and I walked out of this store in a better mood than when I walked in, solely due to this employee's positive attitude and willingness to help me. If you value good customer service, then this is The UPS Store for you.

Dropped a package off there Saturday and the guy said the system was down at the moment but should be up later but I had no choice that was the only time I could drop it, it’s been 3 days and it still hasn’t been scanned and I can’t reach them by phone.

Route 211 UPS store Middletown NY sent a return to Amazon which they never received the manager told me they have but they are backlog when I check ups tracking they said a label had been created but ups never got the package. When the young boy was taking care of me he was interrupted several times times from someone in the back and I think he missed doing something always long lines and slow moving not good I hear staples is doing returns

This store off of Route 211 Middletown NY needs some serious attention. I just gave up waiting for the second time because of the usual long line and slow staff. No sense of urgency by any one of the three, yes three staff. That should be enough staff to move that line a lot quicker, but they are almost in reverse. A few suggestions...have a dedicated Amazon drop off so a quick in and out. If you won't do that, at least hire staff with a pulse. I will choose Kohls for Amazon returns from now on.

Went in to drop off 2 prepaid packages it was very busy the 2 young gentleman working behind the counter were great and courteous they were doing the best they could in a very busy area 10/10 be patient it’s a good business to support Jason the owner is a great guy
