I’m unsure why the gate is down & there is no one available to help at 4:45pm on a Wednesday. Full service is supposed to be available until 5pm. Very confused.

Dropped off my packages on a Friday and it’s Saturday afternoon and still not one package has been scanned!? Seriously? Mind you they’re open on Saturday’s. It really bothers me because now I’m going to get bad ratings on my reviews due to them not scanning my packages.

My mail has been missing for weeks!!! This is by far the worst post office I’ve ever been to. It’s 840am and the full service hours begin at 830am, why are the doors still locked?! It’s Wednesday morning, there’s no excuse as to why this is happening.

The front desk representative Cynthia is an angel!! Greeted me with a smile which she kept throughout our entire interaction! She was so patient and went above and beyond to assist me with my passport application. She even called the agency and gave me step by step instructions. Truly appreciate her and her dedication! Definitely broke the negative stereotype associated with postal services. Thank you Cynthia.

I’ve called about 10 times it is impossible to speak to a real person and the robot is absolutely no help. It just tells me information that I already know and doesn’t answer any of the questions I need answered. I’m getting so frustrated and annoyed.

I have been trying to call this post office for two days straight all day and nobody ever answers. Ridiculous. How does nobody ever pick up a phone? I don't live in the area so I can't physically go in there.
