Unbelievably bad service. The lady inside was rude, unknowledgeable, and displayed zero customer service skills. Avoid this place and go to the UPS down the street—truly professional people.

Nobody picks up the phone to answer any questions they break for lunch and then they take longer breaks. When do how are we supposed to know when you’re open if you don’t open the answer the phone

Workers, there are rude. I went in one time ,this woman She was on her cell phone scrolling. She was looking at me like I was inconveniencing her while she was at work. Never said hello.. I handed her to the package. Never said thank you ...she sat on her phone the entire time.... rude As hell, how do these people get jobs with the postal service. I guess they hire anybody

Windows randomly closed with no sign saying when they will be back (no excuse for this because it’s a busy area). It seems they never accept cash because there is always a credit/debit only sign. Worst post office I’ve ever used.

the lady that works there is so god damn rude every time. and I know I’m not the first one to complain about her. if you don’t like working with the public, then get a different job. It’s pretty sad for a post office. I have an average of 1.9 stars reviews

The staff at this location is very rude!! I feel like telling her that if she doesn't like her job to quit!! Customer service is a very delicate job and rude people should not be placed in that position!!

Left work early to drop a package, it was 4:40pm, door open but window closed, looked through the window, a woman was there. Another customer knocked on the window gate, she ignored us, until we said hello, she said they were closed in an extremely rude way. So unprofessional.
