Even when I had to contact them outside business hours because of worries about how he was healing they were all so ready to help and didn’t make me feel like a burden. Would recommend to everyone!”
“Animal Clinic of Tower Drive has been amazing since day one. I have a senior dog who tore CCL at age 13, and we didn’t love the idea of surgery and heavy medication this late in her life. We were recommended to visit Dr. Hewlett from our previous vet to try acupuncture and a more holistic approach to her recovery, and now at age 15 and counting, our dog is moving like she’s 10 again. Dr Hewlett is simply brilliant. She listens to all concerns, she is generous with her knowledge, and her approach to medicine and treatment is mindful and open. “They always have snails that live after a week of getting them home unlike PetSmart but I adopted my chinchillas and Guinea pig from here. The staff was helpful and passionate about the adoption. They were overly informative and ensured a great transition from store to home. I was completely impressed by them.”

“We made the switch from another veterinary practice about two years ago. Our oldest dog is a rescue/vet reactive, and although he's only 30 lbs we were told he would have to be put under anesthesia for every appointment going forward at our previous vet. This seemed excessive, expensive and unnecessary. My co-worker told me that he made the switch to Middletown Veterinary with his vet reactive dog, so we thought we'd try. Our last visit, our dog only cried once. My husband was so proud, he talked about it for days. Our other dog and cat are easy at the vet but are provided with great care as well. Every person who works there is so kind. Thank you Middletown Veterinary!”

Doctor's are informative, concerned about my dog Power's well-being, get back with me in a timely manner with update, follow up calls to see how he's doing based on the reasoning of his visit.
