I understand what is happening in this country but you need to stop treating people like they are all addicts or something. So rude. I have a herniated disc and you can't even be polite when you are asked if the medication is ready. Look at my history with you for the last several years.... Seriously. Also stop lying to your customers. I know when my prescriptions were sent and one of them has been done for 3 hours but you said they were just sent. A 10 day prescription with no other history does not equal an addict.

I love going to this pharmacy in specific although it’s far cuz the staff is awesome, helpful, cheerful and professional, they’d like to support you although it’s always busy. The pharmacy manager is smart and did an outstanding job in supporting me although I had to insurance but still he worked things out

Always get good service..prices are reasonable, employees very helpful, if you buy a phone you have to activate yourself...unless they have the kiosk

I booked a Covid vaccine days in advance. My appointment was confirmed the day I made it, the day before, and the day of my appointment. When I got to the pharmacy they said I was not on the list and they had no vaccine for me. My husband and I had to reschedule work and get a babysitter for me to go get this vaccine. There were vaccine appointments available on the same day in Goshen, but I kept my appointment at Walmart thinking it would be fine.EDIT: They just called me to tell me they have an extra dose and I can come get it now.I think the pharmacist and staff are doing their best, but Walmart is totally overbooking.This is so stressful for them and the customers!

I set up a grocery pick up order. I want to make sure I avoid unnecessary risks whenever possible. I arrived 10 minutes before my pickup window. I was given the heads up they were running behind, so I continued to wait in the parking lot. As soon as my order was ready I pulled into the pickup spot and checked in - and waited. After being there for 2 hours total, I still did not have my order. Another person waiting went inside and was told they were not doing any more pick up orders that day. No one came out to address the issue. I called HQ, who advised I reach back out to the store directly. I have called multiple times with no return call. All I wanted was for Walmart in Middletown to hold up their end of the agreement when I booked the slot. They clearly don't care about their customers.

Went to store in Middletown Del my phone i have with Walmart was destoryed went to buy another phone but they would not activste the phone for us i have been using this phone service for years never was i treated so badly when every i went for new phones they would activate in Va we were told by manager that he didnt have anyone to do it why couldnt he do it he is the manager

I understand that Wal-Mart is the rock bottom of pharmacies, but these people are the most inept in the chain. Telling me that two of my blood pressure meds aren't covered by insurance when my plan has not changed and they were covered at the Walmart in Nashville last month? Not having the phone number of another Walmart pharmacy at hand? Costing me all my refills to transfer the prescription and then refusing to fill it? This pharmacy sets a new low for the chain.

Okay so first off , this store is not limiting the amount of people going in the store and there's some people shopping without masks. Secondly , I went to this store to get a bike which I was told on the phone that they had it in stock. I showed up and asked for someone to help me and of course no one did. I grabbed the bike myself and I bought it. I figured out once I was outside putting the bike in my car that it had no chains on it. I go to customer service to help with this issue. The lady was extremely rude to me and did not want to help me. She was speaking in Spanish to her co worker talking about me rudely , I do understand some Spanish. I just wanted the chain for the bike but said she doesn't know if there is any. I don't understand why she could not call someone to help me. I understand there's a pandemic going on but you should be grateful you have a job. I just want this issue to be dealt with. Why are you even trying to sell a bike with no chains on it. I'm so annoyed and probably won't shop here again or the one in Newburgh. People need to learn some customer service skills and don't talk about people in front of them in another language. That's very rude !

Unbelievable prices and selection I love you guysNo one beats their pricing and selection.Allow campers to sleep in their lot.I try to support Local stores however not when they are 5x the price of this Supercenter
