I live in Pennsylvania and I did a pick up order. They substituted a supplement I ordered with a stronger and more expensive version at no additional cost. I liked that. While I was there, I got a box of Russell Stover chocolates on clearance which made me happy.

every single month I go thru the same thing!! my doctor called in a prescription for six months worth of refills. And every single month they tell me I need a new prescription! And every single month they put me through the wringer just to refill it. I am so sick and tired of them treating patients like crap and not caring about it. I don't know how they get away with the way they do business. they withhold medication from patients and it's illegal!

I have to say based on the hate this store gets, your milage may vary greatly. With that said, I stopped in for my "new" covid booster shot and I found the store to be really pretty in terms of setup, product placement and overall cleanliness.Thankfully I have a small hometown pharmacy that gives our small town very personalized services that big box stores like Walgreens will never compete with. I was worried my visit would be super long based on other reviews but I had an appointment and I was in and out in under 45 mins.The prospect that others have gotten the wrong medicine in the past is a scary prospect but thankfully for the internet I personally always look up the medicine my pharmacists gives because after all they are human and can make mistakes. The internet allows us to double check their work by simply looking up the pills we received to confirm they are the correct drugs.I don't deal with big box pharmacies but this store is definitely pretty and has all the over priced items you'd expect to find here. Now after reading reviews of wrong medications being filled I can only hope I got the proper covid vaccine and not some mistaken concoction.

The store is fine, clean, employees are usually nice but the pharmacy is absolutely terrible!!! They either don't have the medication or give the wrong one and we have to go back and get the correct one. Terrible!!!

This place has been a disgrace since taking over Rite Aid. Prices are way higher and they reduced staff. Now the pharmacy has been closed for 2 days straight and people can't get their medication. This morning I received an automated phone call telling me to pick up the medication or they would send it back. I tried to pick it up you d*** idiots but you closed the pharmacy. You should've notified customers and had the manager drop off the medication at peoples homes if they couldn't wait. I'm sure people are going without heart medication and other very important pharmaceuticals. Walgreens should be run out of business. Minus 1000 stars.

the worse customer service ive ever encountered. they know theyre under staff and have done nothing about it since before covid hit! they show little empathy to the fact its people lives and health that are at stake, and uses "covid" excuse as a crutch to do a s*** job. dont use pharmacy , theyre gonna end up killing someone from their lack on professionalism. ita truly sad

Stopped in to drop off 2 prescriptions and was told that some people were out sick and i'd be lucky to have it filled by tomorrow, so I left in pain and had my wife go back the next day and they only had 1 prescription filled and was told that they lost the other one!! I have now been on hold for over an hour and my frustration is really building!! Worst place in the world to have A prescription filled.... Go someplace else

The service here is way slower in comparison to when it was Rite aid. Extended prescription time being filled. Days not hours or minutes. They want everyone to use the website or app for the status of their prescriptions. But when it's necessary to call, it's a nightmare. I once literally called the store manager to see if the phones were working properly as I tried for three days. Was last I was on hold for 1 hr 37 minutes. I'm planning on switching pharmacies. I see no point in using them anymore with such terrible service and inability to reach them when needed.

Poor service at the pharmacy. Went to get my covid vaccine & the girl completely lost my insurance card. Told her I did give it to her multiple times and she decided to get an attitude and started yelling at me because she didn't believe she had it. Coming to find out she did misplace my insurance card. And didn't have the nerve to apologize.

Don't bother calling the pharmacy or do awaiting pick at this place. You could be the next caller and 2 hours later your still waiting. This place is not that busy they need to me more attentive to their customers and everyone would be happy. Instead of dodging people that seek assistance and having people on hold until they get there lunch break. This happen multiple times for important items for sick people. It u don't believe me try calling your self.
